Just the tip? Like so many things in life, short-lived and needlessly difficult.
These are made from the most oversold substance known to humankind - memory foam. Memory foam is foam that presses down to paper-thin-ness when you push on it, then pops back into shape when the pressure is released, which in no way explains the massive popularity and marketing shove for its use in everything from mattresses to shoes to butt pads. It's instantly-regrettable for those applications and these ear tips are no different, even though the attributes of all-powerful memory foam seem like they'd actually be (for once) useful in this case. Sadly, no. They start to break down immediately. They’re uncomfortable (you have to squish them to a point to go into your ear) and don’t do anything for audio quality, unless foam-stuffed ear effect is what you were looking for.After shoving/squishing these into your hearing canal, these things 'memory' themselves back into their usual shape and are as likely to pop right back out as stay in place. You reeealy have to cram 'em in there to maintain a seal, at which point you feel like they should treat you to dinner and drinks. The 'one night stand' analogy also applies to how many times you can use these tips before they start crumbling apart.Just don’t bother. Plain old light rubbery plastic tips from any $9 pair of generic headphones are better than these little puds. I won't even use them as emergency spares, they're that bad.

Work very well.
EDIT:These things suck. They last two or three days in my left ear, one day in my right. I've had them for three days and I've used up four of them. That's two cheap brands down. I'm considering buying/borrowing a drill and seeing if I can make my own from ear plugs.I'm using these with my TinFi T3 IEMS. I haven't tested them long enough to rate durability, but several hours in I am impressed. They take a little longer to expand than the other foam tips I have, which I take as a good sign. They make an excellent seal. I can really hear an improvement in sound quality.Only problem is the fact that my right ear is bigger than my left is apparent with these. My left ear has a strong seal but the right is looser. Consequently the audio is a little disbalanced - I can hear more from the left, which has the tighter seal, than the right. I can't fault the manufacturer for that though. It's actually an indication of the product. I might try to see if they offer a large size of the same model to put on my right ear.

I’m very happy with them so far
Day one they fit my cheap tws onn branded and my skullcandy jib headphones. These are more comfortable than the silicone ones they came with. Medium was the size I chose and they fit perfect. I cannot shake my headphones free from my ears. There is some minor cosmetic defects but they do not perform any different if they weren’t there. Only had them a short time will update later. 7/11/21It’s been almost a week now and I’m still happy with them. I forgot to mention that they improved the sound quality over the stock silicone tips. I did get to use them while using riding mower’s, 2 stroke trimmer, 2 stroke 58cc backpack blower, and push mower’s, they greatly increased noise isolation. I sweat rather well and didn’t have any problems. Still have more time to tell how well they stand up. But for the quantity you get for the price they seem to be well worth it

Not that good vs name brands
Grabbed these since they where much cheaper then Dekoni and I was out of the tin t2 replacements. You get what you pay for. Put them on my ikko oh10s and was not a fan. They squish and return to form real fast, before you can even get them in your ears. A firmer foam then I'm used to.. They do alter the sound, in a bad way on the oh10s. Went back to the stock until the dekoni I wanted came back in. Havnt tried them on any other iems I have, don't really want to after the sound signature change they did.

Didn't work
I have tried all tips - silicon, foam - these tips only lasted one month and then started crumbling - sound wise they were not good, I found compared to silicon tips, they soak up the sound like a sponge soaks up water, the sound was muddy with little bass - I now use Spinfit CP240 double flange silicon, medium, purchased on amazon, fitted to Astell &Kern JH Audio Angie 11 IEM's, - the best sound by far - awesome bass - so sorry, for these tips 1 star

Very similar to TINN T3 stock foam tips
I LOVE the stock foam tips that came with my Tinn T3's and have been looking for similar replacements for months. I tried Comply and New Bee's, but the high price and consistency of the foam (while not bad) was just different and seemed to get dirtier faster and not block as much noise.However, these foam tips feel exactly like the stock T3 foam. It's important to me that they be very comfortable as I regularly wear these for 10 hours at a time. Sound isolation is also of utmost importance as I work in a machine shop. With these tips I can hear my music or podcasts just fine at 30-40% volume even when I'm grinding steel.

Better than Original Equipment
I have very sensitive skin and the Ear Tips that are OEM for TV Ears are uncomfortable. I was searching for something better and found these. They are an improvement, but only slightly. TV Ears are widely used and recurrently recommended by both Audiologists and ENT specialists. Why there cannot be comfortably ear buds for this widely sold device, as is the case with the myriad options for Hearing Aids, is a true mystery.

Amazing Value
I think like a lot of people I was looking for replacement foam tips that weren't outrageously overpriced. I mean it's a bit of foam with a rubber tube for the nozzle. I rolled the dice with these and glad I did. These are perfect for my Campfire Andromeda IEMs.

Good quality, great price.
Good quality, good fit, good sound, good seal, 6 pairs, 6 quid bargain give em a ago. Chose blue to go with my Jlab epic air sport anc tw earbud, I can recommend the fit on the diaphragm, it is easy enough to fit and you don't leave them in your ear oles when you take them out.

Great for the price
These are certainly a little bit lower quality memory form ear tips, but for the price difference, they are perfect, at least for me. I would def by them again. Using them on MA650 wireless earbuds.
