Really great, easy to use. But it gets really really hot and difficult to clean quickly as too hot to take lid off if you want to do another cup straight away, so if you are in the habit of making coffee for two buy two of these

Why did I bother. Thought I could save some money on buying genuine pods. We followed the instructions to the letter and then checked out some reviews which gave advice and we didn't get one decent cup of coffee.The milk pod in particular was useless. The milk powder clumped together and and large amount was left in the pod once it had finished its cycle leading to very watery milk - maybe I used the wrong powder(?). We tried different things like not putting as much powder in, tamping it down, shaking it before putting in the machine but nothing worked.We have tried and failed and have spent the equivalent of 40 odd capsules on it.

In general this is a very good product and there is nothing wrong with it. Coffee is amazing and so is milk. It might though be quite difficult to use, especially to people who bring less attention to details. Also, this is not the flaw of the product, but rather incompatibility of the coffee machine with this type of technology... but part of hot water goes all over instead through the capsule. We sort it out with a small towel.

Don’t waste your money. It leaks all over the kitchen surface when in use, even if you only half fill the capsule. The silicone lid doesn’t stay sealed enough to prevent water over flowing.I’m so disappointed with this item... I was hoping to dramatically cut my single use plastic consumption by buying a premium product...totally waste of money.

I bought Milk powder from supermarket and ground coffee. At first its a little messy getting used to filling, emptying etc but soon it becomes second nature. Just need to make sure you align the hole with the machine.There was no brush included but thats no big deal.I find about 2.5 spoons of coffee and 3 spoons of the milk powder make a very good coffee. And I don't have any plastic to throw away. Glad I bought these.

The taste is great and quite easy to use - all good - no complaints here...

Useless at making coffee, excellent at leaking water past the capsule: will be attempting to return for refund. Will have to find another way to reduce plastic waste from these machines… good try but try again.

I like that it's stainless steel. But when it was delivered some of the pieces were missing so little bit disappointed with the packaging.....
