I bought a set of these kitchen knives for my son who is going to college. These knives come in an impressive, but simple, display box. They look and feel like expensive knives that are well balance and ergonomic to use. The sizes of the knives are ideal for kitchen use; a large chopping knife, a very small peaking knife and a good utility knife.I’m unable to comment on whether they will keep their sharpness, probably not as long as the very expensive specialist stainless steel knives that cost 10 times as much, but a simple cheap knife sharpening tool would very easily keep these knives in top condition. Even super expensive knives constantly need sharpening!
