I was in bad pain and discomfort right in the area my liver is. I could feel my liver, like it was swollen and the slightest move would cause pain. I also had high abdominal swelling. All I can say was it was really bad. Almost to the point I was ready to take myself to the ER. I stopped drinking alcohol completely and thought it would get better but was still in pain and discomfort. I started taking this product religiously for a month. I took 2 of these capsules twice a day. I think I needed more than the bottle states. At first I didn't think it was working but now a month later I feel healed. I have had high Liver enzymes since discovered in a routine check-up in 2006 [Now 2016]. We suspected the drug “Remeron” might be causing the increased Liver enzymes. Long story short, quite Remeron and the enzymes never fell. Later learned I had late term Lyme Disease and mostly likely causing the high numbers. In an attempt to get the critical enzymes back to normal and aid in detoxing from Lyme die off, I chose to use the Himalayan brand LIV.52. Within one month of start, I was nearly back in normal range. Within 90 days I was fully in the mid-range normal. The first time in 10 years. Great product that works effectively. If your enzymes still don’t reach normal, Himalayan offers a product called LIV.52 DS for double strength. Please know that the Double Strength version can “clear your pipes” so be aware that you might need to say close to the potty.I take 2 LIV.52 capsules daily.

I’ve done tons of liver cleanses. Most of them have some type of milk thistle/silymarin in them. This didn’t and got good reviews so I tried it.I don’t have any liver issues currently, except that I don’t have a gallbladder and sometimes have troubles digesting excess fat.Using this made my poops nice & dark brown, and perfectly formed. It did seem to do good things for my digestion. After I finished the bottle, my poops went back to light brown. Might order another bottle..

This very gentle liver cleanse is a winner! When I first started menopause and the hot flashes left me feeling like a Victorian in need of a fainting couch a doctor recommended I try this in conjunction with something like Estroven. I was dubious but since hormone replacement is verboten to me. I tried it and it might be the best thing any doctor ever recommended. My hot flashes were mostly gone in a couple of days. Now that I am mostly through menopause I just take it when I start having a series of debilitating hot flashes. It clears them right up.

Wish it was had more capsules. I have hashimotos need love This company and tried the liver which is different ingredients than other Thorne liver (a must for hashimotos) my dang body is so picky. I read a review where someone who i related to used this. I like to take it 3 times or 2. It doesn’t last long my only complaint. I wanted to try something that wasn’t the typical liver ingredients and it worked. Just only thing is it lasts well I believe 45 capsules all you get so it runs out before you know it. If you’re using it for a healthy body one a night perfect. Hashimotos needs more. And I will say it works and I like a change up of ingredients. Most liver detox has milk thystle for me some go over board. Ya no. ? I get a bit of a dry taste for my personal body via that ingredient. Sorta it’s in too many supplements and makes me a bit blah. This isn’t that.
