This item is just right for the neck exercises I have to do. Others have complained about blowing it up, but I found that rapidly pumping (250 strokes) had it inflated in about three minutes. (I'm an octogenarian, so don't think I lift weights, etc.) It's a bit tricky to open the clever storage of the pump's needle. (It's not a flaw, it's just a very tight fit; and I have arthritis.) I used the back of a knife (not the sharp edge) to pry it open. The non-slip surface of the ball inhibits it from rolling off a flat surface, which is a real plus. It means you don't have to chase it under the furniture when you are through with your exercises. The color is really nice. I would definitely buy it again. Thank you LiveInfinitely for a very cleverly designed product.

I bought a bunch of these for my yoga studio. I use them for a Barre class. The needle to inflate is quite sharp, so use care when inflating. The balls hold the air well. To deflate, or soften the balls, put the needle in at a slight angle. The bags are nice for storing.

Bought this for a Home Exercise Program prescribed by my PT after I injured my back. Love the color and the needle in the handle of the mini air pump is genius cuz I’m always losing them. I had some difficulty unfolding the ball and worried that I might puncture the it, but I was careful and it inflated easily. Bought it at a great price and it arrived quickly! I will definitely look for Live Infinitely products in the future.

As seniors, we are always looking for simple ways to have a little fun and easy to use, remember, and transport! Rated this 4 stars only because it was really really stuck together and folded when it came out of the box. Because we had to really pry it apart gently and be real careful before putting the needle in to inflate it.

Great size. Inflates easily. Inflating stem stores in handle of pump. Comes with a net bag to store ball in. Makes it handy to hang on a door knob. Very pleased with this product.

Buying this ball has been my first experience with LiveInfinitely. I’ve discovered that they want happy (and healthy) customers. Their service is OUTSTANDING!!! They care and will go out of the way to make sure everything is right.I’ve had similar balls from other manufacturers, in the past. Like all other types of inflated balls, even basketballs or footballs, they all fail sooner or later, usually from an excessive air leak. This ball seems to be made of good materials, so I expect it to last for a reasonable period. The ball can be squishy or firm. I like its texture. Not slippery.The pump that accompanies the ball is fine, too. But the online description is ambiguous, stating that the pump has its nozzle stored within the handle. However, as it turns out, the pump’s handle comes in either of two different shapes, which, in turn, affects where you’ll find the nozzle. If you don’t know, you’re apt to lose the nozzle when you unpackage the pump, before you even get to use it.If the pump’s handle is cylindrical, the nozzle is contained within it (simply unscrew to remove). This is as described on Amazon. But if the handle is flat and tapered, the nozzle won’t be stored inside. Instead, it will arrive detached and loose within the package containing the pump and can easily fall out unnoticed as you remove the pump. The nozzle is small and round, so it can roll away pretty far and end up in a dark corner or under some furniture, waiting to be found (if ever). Meanwhile, unless you have something else to use, you’re left with a deflated ball. That’s what happened to me.The photos accompanying the product description on Amazon show both types of handles for the pump. You’d have to look and compare to see the differences between them. But even then, you’d have to know why it matters.I sent a nighttime email to Liveinfinitely’s customer service (email address can be found within the documentation accompanying the ball) and was surprised at how quickly I heard back — even though they were closed! Atira was understanding, personable, and responsive. Terrific to work with! She promptly arranged for a replacement pump, followed up, and even told me that they’re sending an edit to Amazon to eliminate further confusion about the pump. I rarely find customer service representatives so invested in their company — and customers! Truly a pleasure to deal with LiveInfinitely!

Perfect! Just exactly like the balls my pilates instructor uses. It's tough enough to hold the weight of an adult sitting on it, too.

This may be great for some people-but i think that I got a defective product. It does not hold air. The hole that the pump goes in fills the ball easily. There is NO PLUG to keep the air in and as soon as the pump is remove the air flows right out. Was I suppose to purchase plugs at the same time or was the ball I received supposed to come with one? I will be returning this since it is useless without holding air. After contacting the vendor a replacement was sent.

Just got the product. The ball itself is perfect however the pump I received is broken. The box looked like it had been previously opened so I presume the pump was broken by someone before it was put back in as the box is still in a fairly (non-crushed) condition so I doubt that it was during delivery.It was a mission to blow the ball up, however now that it is up the pump is not really an issue. I will separately buy a small pump for future use as this pump is just a frustration in this condition...

Love this product. Easy to pump the air. Use it 3 to 4x a week for ab workout. Comes with a bag so you can travel with it.

This is exactly what I want. I use this to stretch out my shoulders and upper back by lying on it. It feels good and is comfortable to use.

It’s a bit egg shaped but that’s because I didn’t lie it flat for 24 hours before pumping it up.Otherwise great quality! Works great, I use it daily!

These are high quality and feel strong when using. I like the fact they come with a mesh bag for hanging too.
