Awesome product for home and office .I'll really satisfy with ifitech service .
The product is really awesome and customer support team is really cool and very helpful. Best product for home as well as office use and the most important part is I can watch my home anywhere in my mobile..really great product

Unworthy Product
WASTE.... Though picture quality is good, sound quality is very poor. Installation and wifi connection to your local network is extremely difficult. Comments that you can connect it to your local network and access video or review from off-site is false. Additionally, recording abruptly stops and does not restart automatically unless u reset the entire device. In the event power goes off and comes back, the recording does not start and u would not even know until u playback. You would need to buy it's mountinh stand separately. Without a mounting stand difficult to align in a specific direction. Would NOT recommend this product.... Better try something else.

I am writing this review after one month of use.Pros1. Good picture quality 9/102. Best customer support 10/103. Value for Money 9/10Cons1. Needs constante power supply, NO inbuilt battery etc for transient power back up.2. cumbersome installation, you can't install yourself but customer support is excellent, they will guide on realtime basis to install the device.3. can't connect from two smart phones simultaneously.But, i recommend strongly this device. i am planning to buy another after lockdown.

Some issues i found was, two way audio is not that good but its ok. If u want to access camera remotely then nearby the camera u must have someone to connect the camera to wifi and then to u and that .

Difficult to setup. Works ONLY with WiFi.
The specs were not very clear. I wanted to use it for security purposes so as to work without a WiFi too, but be able to connect over wifi whenever required to view the videos. But, apparently, if Wifi is not on or not in range, it does not even start recording on the SD card. Also, the setup was a pain. There were no instructions with the item on how to go about it. Read some articles online which suggested an app. Tried it. Didn't work. Then the customer service person asked use another app, which is not mentioned anywhere. It worked though, but again, the cam records on the SD card ONLY if connected to Wifi. Waste!!!

Good Product,but can be improved by having external battery support
It is good and standard product and has an one warranty think no other product does. But if they can add external battery support it would be excellent. Just go for it.
