No more slamming gates!
Installation took a few minutes. Used an impact wrench instead of the tools provided, but the ine included looked capable. Build quality seems very good for the price point. Shock is strong and smooth. Attached instructions are adequate.

Very nice addition
Very nice item, works well. I didn't realize how nice the idea is until after i installed it.All the tools you'll need are included, and installion is quick and easy. I didn't even need to get into my tool box for mine, and now I have a few extra pieces. You will need to remove the tie down depending on your year, but I dont even realize it's gone.

Ten minute installation. All tools were included. Instructions were easy to follow and it works exactly as described. Highly recommended.

Dont think just buy FROM THIS BRAND
The best hands down . I like the fact that this came with ALLLLLL the hardward needed to install INCLUDING the flat head screw driver , the allen wrench needed annnnnd even the CORRECT SIZE socket wrench. Literally everything u need to install this is all in the box and u dont need to grab any tools out your own tool box. It works so well im ordering another one from the same company: update my second one just came in . I am very pleased with this product for my 2017 ford f150 xlt

2023 Ford F-150 Tailgate
I just received the Winunite shock arm on my F-150. The product came in nice packaging with everything laid out and an instructional pamphlet. I scanned the QR code to watch the installation video. Installation was super easy, I had it on in about 15 minutes. The shock seems pretty durable and functions well. The speed of the drop after opening is perfect. Now to see how it lasts over time. I have high expectations for it.

Easy to install.
It works great, but you lose a toe hook on the tailgate for the newer models easy insulation. Makes the tailgate come down smoother, but you still have to manually put it up.

Well worth the price
Absolutely wonderful, my tailgate is heavy and can really hurt if it hits you when you open it. Not now!!!! This product is fabulous! Easy to install, and includes all tools to install. Love it.
