Had this water pic since January 2021. Worked fine, recharged well until this week. Tried to charge and will not work no matter what I do. Contacting Hamswan because there is a one year warranty to see what recourse there is.

First, I'd like to say I really like the way this flosser looks. It looks good as an accessory on the bathroom counter, and being cordless gives the option to take it with me (you know, if we weren't staying home right now). It comes with multiple tips which also lets me share it with my girlfriend, and we can easily identify which tip by the colors. Battery has been great, as I haven't had to recharge yet, and I've had it for over a week so far. It's powerful and definitely gets your gums clean. I'd recommend it for sure.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who would like to improve their dental hygiene. It is far more effective than flossing your teeth and can get any bits of food from the hardest to reach places without any problems. The battery life is pretty good! I use it at least once a day, and it’s going almost a week before needing to be charged again. The pressure levels are enough to clean the teeth without any issues. This is one of those products that once you have, you could never imagine living without it again.

This water pic has done a great job for me. I have the denture implants and they're usually is some residue in my mouth after eating. Using this item is getting rid of all the debris that's left in my mouth.It fits easily in your hand and holds a sufficient amount of water to do the job. My wife likes to use it too and her teeth are all her own. It's like a nice flossing.

Having never used a water flosser, I bought the Waterpik brand but it was way too large and the buttons were placed in such a way that while I used it, I would constantly hit the buttons changing the water flow. Big mess. Not saying Waterpik is not good, just not for me. This small efficient flosser is much easier for me to use and seems to be doing a good job. The buttons are placed in a way that I don't hit them while flossing.

Because I have not been a fan of flossing., my dental hygienist suggested I get a cordless flosser. I am happy to say ,once I got the hang of using it, I am very pleased with this product. I only use distilled water so it dries after use without worry of algae building up inside. Good thing I stood in the shower the first time I used it !

It is a bit messy to use because to get all the angles on your teach, some water will go all over the place even as you try to keep your mouth closed. It should come with covers for the tips. I tried using it many times after many videos. Still messy.

It does not help gums or clean well...It just vibrates on your teeth, Worthless!

Works well although there is a lot of water dribbling about. The one downside is you need to be careful with the temperature of the water. If you fill it direct from a cold water tap, especially in the winter, it can be uncomfortable on the teeth even causing them to ache. Would recommend using luke warm water from a kettle.

Worked well for first week or so but then lost its power and now makes a louder noise than before but it still works. Overall its good i guess

I have only had this 1 day, and used it twice...Set up is easy, the heads fit on with ease and come on with ease. Instruction book is small and very simple. perfect! So I could get strarted straight away.When I then used it, my gums bled like crazy! Not a bad thing though, and I think it is what they needed. I have invisalign, so sometimes a little plaque builds up there, however this got rid of a lot of that plaque which has meant I can see again the tiny gaps between my teeth for my Invisalign to move. This is perfect for what I need and for the price is a great buy!Flossing is easy and very straight forward. easy to use.

If you have not used one you will not go wrong with this purchase. I have never had one before, I use the usual electric tooth brush and floss sticks but wow !! Yes I probably need to go to dentist to fill the gaps and but wow give this a blast and you can’t believe what has been sat in the teeth even after all that brushing and flossing !!Top tip use warm water and a splash of mouthwash and enjoy those sparkling clean teeth !! Great buy and easy to use once you get the hang of it. Portable and easy to refill . However, still waiting for the travelling case which was not in the package....
