Sole too narrow.
I have a very similar pair of Kors shoes which fit great; however these are terrible! Length is fine, but sole is too narrow at the ball of your foot and the edge digs into the bottom, inside, edge of your foot. Really painful after wearing a little while. Didn't get a chance to wear them until after return date was past.

I was surprised with these shoes for my birthday by my boyfriend and I am IN LOVE!!! They were a little tight on the top of my toes but I stretched them a little and I can wear them comfortably.
