I'm a back sleeper, occasionally switching to the side, and I noticed after the first night how great my neck and shoulders felt in the morning. It's a bit pricey and I originally bought this pillow for the cooling feature, however I'm a bit disappointed in that I don't really feel coolness, but at least it doesn't seem to radiate the heat from my head. I've been trying different pillows for the comfort factor and since the support is heavenly I'll keep it and just look for a cooling pillowcase to put on it.

This pillow works great! Its not that it stays cool. If a company tells you their pillow stays cool all night, they’re lying. This pillow simply keeps your head from getting too hot by wicking heat and moisture away! It works so great, I bought one for my dad. He loves his. We were both sweaty sleepers, but not anymore. He was so bad that he used to just sleep on a folded up towel. Now he has a pillow that helps regulate the temperature over his neck and head. You don’t need to plunk down $100 on some “state of the art” pillow. This one works just fine.

I liked the firmness of this pillow however it’s not as cool feeling at the cheaper pillow that I purchased at the same time. It’s cool to touch but not after laying on it for a short amount of time. I didn’t think this was worth the money, but it does seem as though it’s quality made. If you’re looking for a firmer pillow that’s not much of a cool feel then I would definitely recommend this product, but I personally wish it was cooler than it is.

It’s very hard but it’s comfortable. Overall it’s a good pillow but it’s a very stiff pillow I’m not sure if it just needs to be used longer to break it in but it’s nice

Too soft

The pillow feels good when you just start to fall asleep but when you wake up, it’s very thin and you can’t even feel like it’s a pillow. No support for neck and now I have neck pain tbh. I’d like my money back but now sure how to do it.

Pillow is comfy but not a thick as I would like it to be.

I wanted thicker pillow, and it was little thinner than other brand product.
