I heard about MCT oil somewhere? I thought I would give it a try; this oil does the trick. When I’m constipated I take a couple of doses of this and it gets things moving again and help me feel better.There are probably other benefits of the MCT oil, but for me the fact that it helps me stay regular it’s well worth the purchase price.

This is flavorless and odorless. Goes good in my coffee. The pump was stuck closed but I eventually got it to pop up. Maybe I was doing it wrong. Works great. As with every oil bottle I have ever had it mysteriously leaves an oil ring though I swear I haven't spilled, lol. It was shipped in a bubble envelope. I think it should be shipped in a box to avoid being squished but it arrived in perfect condition. Will purchase again.

Good price and quality

You can't taste this MCT oil at all. I add it to my coffee each morning. It does make your lips a little oily, which I kind of like because I've been able to stop using chapstick so much. I started out with half a teaspoon and worked my way up to 2 tablespoons over the course of a month. It never caused uncontrollable bathroom trips, however, it did upset my stomach just a little with the highest dose. I scaled back to about 1.75 tablespoons per day and this seems to be my perfect dose. I definitely noticed an increase in my energy level and thinking clarity. I was hoping to see a boost in weight loss but did not experience that. However, I am not on a keto diet so I'm not sure how it would have helped if you are.

Perfect for my bullet proof coffee. 6 pumps is one tbsp. After reading that it is made from 100% coconut I'd probably use coconut oil if it is cheaper. The only think better is that it is flavorless. So if coconut oil bothers you because of the flavor this would probably be the way to go. It's convenient to leave on my counter as my high fat coffee is part of my daily routine.Great recipe I found: 1tbsp butter1 tbsp mct oil8 oz coffee1tbsp heavy cream2 squirts liquid stevia(more outer less depending on your liking)In the blender for at least 30 seconds. I drop in a little 0 calorie o carb coffee syrup. I like camel to give it a bit more flavor too. It helps get me into and keeps me in ketosis. Even though it is high in calories I was a sceptic but I am starting to believe calories in calories out on keto doesn't matter. I'm consuming more calories but have lost 5.4 pounds in a week. I'm just making sure I'm not consuming too much fat. Take that into consideration when adding this to your coffee. I do.

This is a great product!!! The issue is that it come unsealed and leaks all over. It's a food grade product and NEEDS to be sealed until I open it. Extremely DISAPPOINTED.Edit: they reached out and made it right.

From the reviews, this is clearly a quality product. It started off badly. My box had oily leakage from the start even though the cap was taped with leakproof tape. Inner silver seal was not attached at the mouth of the bottle, but instead jammed up into the top of the cap. Some product was lost. Each time you dispense some, it leaks down the bottle. Product is lost. Mixes well but I had hoped for a little coconut flavor, as I like that, especially in my coffee. This is, for all intents and purposes, flavorless which is highly desired by some of the other reviewers. There is a NO RETURN policy. Instead of making a huge issue, I'll keep it but will likely purchase a different product next time.

I use this most morning in my coffee with my cream or coconut creamer. It’s an oil, it still tends to float on top but no oily taste. I’ve added to salad dressings snd soups where it usually tends to blend in better. I do cook with coconut oil but not this variety, I think it has a very low smoke point. I was running low on my favorite olive oil and used some of this to stretch it a bit- worked great. The olive oil you finish with, not the kind you cook with. Good price for the money, quick delivery.
