Sometimes I have bad poops. I don't drink enough water, and because of that I can struggle to drop the kids off at the pool. When this happens it can take some straining and be painful, and I specifically refuse to take anything that "makes" you go; I'm talking medicines or enemas that have chemicals that "trigger" the muscles and make you bear down. There is nothing worse than not being able to pass something quite yet and being forced to push as hard as you can.Because of this I'll only use a few things. Miralax was my go-to for a while, but now it's Magnesium. Seriously, it's not joke and I can't it enough - get some specifically for constipation and follow the instructions before bed (even if it says to take like four of them - do it). Force yourself to drink as much water as you can before bed. When you get up the next morning, even if you were impacted with a literal rock, it'll be liquid. It's magical, it's life saving, it's the best."But this listing isn't for Magnesium!" you may be shouting, slightly annoyed - and you're right. Sometimes you can't wait overnight. Sometimes you can, but still need a little push. Maybe you've been trying to go all day and you're exhausted, maybe you have hemorrhoids which makes it difficult to release the beast even when you're not horribly constipated. That's when these are great.As I said before, I won't take anything that "triggers" the muscles to push. You've got to be careful, because even enemas listed as "saline" can have that chemical in them. These, however, are pure mineral oil and nothing else. Use one and wait a little while (if you can) and that extra moisture and lubrication can change things from "I'm literally pushing so hard I'm going to bust a blood vessel and cannot get this out" to "I sat down and sneezed and something shot out of me." For real - this might not always be your first or best option, but when you need it you *need* it and there simply is no alternative to it.May all your days be happy and all your poos be soft.

Okay, TMI moment…. lol, but if you suffer from constipation… please try these!! I have been a loooong time sufferer. I use to go about 2 months without having a bowel movement. And then I would get one so hard to pass that I have ended up in the emergency room several times. It’s humiliating. Don’t let it get this bad!! I have a few hints to try if you are like me and the over the counter laxatives and stool softeners don’t work. First, there is a magnesium powder called CALM. This is going to help your muscles calm down and make it easier to pass from the inside. After you take that, do one of these enemas. Even if it doesn’t work fast like the package says… it goes in and coats the poop and the colon from the other side making it so much easier to pass. But make sure it’s the one with mineral oil in it. And Please do NOT try to get it out on your own with your finger. This can damage the skin in that area.So the above method is when I have a movement that needs to come out but it’s too hard. Then just on daily basis… drink celery juice. Not kidding, it works. Also do home enemas with coffee every once in awhile. They just help to keep things moving.Sorry so long but this has been one of the worst things I have ever dealt with so I hope it helps even one person.

Most enema has a lot of sodium that can damage your anus that has sodium in it. Mineral oil is non-sodium and the safest Plus it won't damage your bowels. If you are diabetic

The media could not be loaded. It’s not that expensive considering when you need it and you’re you’re in a lot of pain and it works pretty fast and it’s easy to use and works a lot better than the regular one because this one is with mineral oil so after use it I’m a happy camper
