Customer service is great. They responded quickly when I asked for a way to track my package. As for the perfume itself, it is so wonderful. Unisex but a bit more masculine leaning. Smells fresh and smoky with lots of amber and musk. Best way I would describe it is walking into a cold empty church at night. Strangely comforting.
