The Easiest and Best claim resolution ever!
I found my policy, told them what was wrong, and hit the submit button. I immediately had a message with the prepaid UPS label to return the Fitbit. Less than 36 hours after taking it to the UPS store, I had a message they were finishing my claim. The next morning I had a reimbursement in an Amazon e-gift card. No questions, no hassles, and no glitches. Amazing! I turned around and bought the next upgrade. Of course, I’m adding the same insurance again. I am a very happy customer!

Claim resolved quickly!
I bought this insurance for a Fitbit as I've had bands break before and I've read this is a common problem. Sure as anything, the band broke after a year. I filed a claim and it was paid as soon as the shipping label got scanned into UPS when I shipped the Fitbit back (free shipping). Great product and I'll definitely purchase again,

I didn't receive a copy of protection plan through my email the first time but after emailing them, they sent it again promptly. So far so good!!
