Surprising - how much dirt this caught
I'm now sold on replacing the in-cabin filter every 15-20K miles. I don't smoke, and I don't drive on dusty country roads, so I don't know how this is collecting so much dirt (well, maybe the wildfire smoke blowing in from other regions?) but this filter was dark with trapped particles. This filter was super easy to install in my Lexus 250 after rewatching a 3-minute video on Youtube. It took about 10 minutes, including the video, and I'm NOT mechanically gifted!

Nice clean air - pay attention to air flow
Noticed the difference right away. Pay attention to the air flow arrow. Some vehicles are tricky. My Toyota's plastic cover says up but air flow is actually down so the up must be for the plastic cover. Also, last time it was installed by oil change place and they put it in wrong direction.Whichever side has the most dirt/dust/etc is the way the air is flowing. So arrow goes opposite. Arrow points to the clean side. Had to watch a YT video to figure it all out for sure.

Review applies only to Lexus GS 350!!
Although the compatibility filtering system for selecting appropriate parts for automobiles leads to this filter, it does not, in fact, fit a 2018 Lexus GS 350.This reviewer can make no informed comment about its functionality. However, it looks like a normal after-market filter.Had it fit the GS 350 this reviewer would have not objected to installing it.
