Successfully air-layering Bougainvillea
The media could not be loaded. Love new plant formation. I try this kind of root powder on my Bougainvillea, and the results are amazing! As I see it, root powder stimulates root growth and speeds up the rooting process, resulting in a stronger root system in just a few weeks. It easy to use. I recommend removing the bark around the stem, applying a small amount of root powder to the exposed area, then wrapping it with moist soil and plastic (preferably a dark one), fastening it tightly. Watering occasionally.Typically, roots begin forming within a few weeksThe most important part: love and patience 🌿

Works well if used correctly
This stuff works pretty well. Used it for growing roots in the water. Followed the instructions as recommended and it was successful. When the plant developed substantial roots, it was placed in the pot with the light soil and it is doing okay. Also used this stuff for the cuttlings to plant them directly into the soil. Most of them are doing well. Ensure that cutlings have a few nods on the stem for the roots to develop. Do not try to plant just a single leaf cut from the plant stem. This way it does not work.

Didn’t work out
I’ve used the root helper for some prickly pear cacti I’m propagating and while I can’t actually see if it’s helping it does appear the pads have rooted but I can’t really tell yet. When I used it to root some wax begonias it didn’t work and the stems didn’t grow roots. So maybe it’s one out of two. I don’t think I’d recommend it
