The insert was a great value! Used it in an outdoor pillow cover which unfortunately was 20x20 so it was a little small, but I still made it work! Take note when ordering the size of the pillow differs from the cover size it’s made for! My fault for ordering too quickly...wanted to share with others so you don’t make the same mistake I did!

I make quite a few pillows (I'm a quilter and make pieced pillows, too) and go to Amazon for pillow inserts. I decided to try this one because it was a few dollars cheaper than the ones I typically buy. I guess I got what I paid for.First, when I opened the package, the pillow was balled up and shoved in a plastic bag that was tied on the top. When I freed it from its plastic bag, it was INCREDIBLY wrinkled. That doesn't bother me a ton, but it's just another issue. The MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE is that it was over two inches small. I ordered the 20"x20" insert, and when I slipped it into the pillow I'd made, it looked ridiculous. The case was floppy and silly looking (look at the attached pictures of the pillow inside the case). I measured my pillow case carefully, and it measures almost exactly 20"x20". I grabbed my tape measure, and sure enough, the pillow insert measured almost 18"x18" (again, check out the pictures if you're curious). I thought that maybe it needed a couple of days to fluff itself up, so I let it sit out for two days. Nothing changed, though. It was the same size as it was before.Needless to say, it's on its way back to Amazon.

Good size and nice and full. I bought 20 x 20 for a 18x18 pillow case, worked fine. This is my 3rd pillow insert from this company . I will be ordering more . They are exactly what I needed . Fast delivery !

I accidently ordered a pillow cover without an insert! Found this one on Amazon, and I couldn't be happier! Great price, arrived quickly --and the suggestion to order a size larger than the cover was the best ever!! Will definitely buy from them again!

Pillow is only 18 inches square. Do not buy it. It filled neither a 20x20 or a 22x22 inch covers I purchased from Pottery Barn.

I order 20x20in and it was 18x18in. I knew I wouldn't be getting a super high quality soft pillow for the price, which I was fine with. But it's dishonest and unacceptable to send a size that wasn't what was ordered.

It arrived quickly - it came compressed in a bag and fluffed right up when opened. I really like the soft fabric that it's made with. THANKS! Very happy customer here! If I need more pillow inserts I'll definitely be back!!!

1st of all, i like that it was vaccum sealed when i got it, but this pillow did not really fluff back up. You got to beat the crap out of it. Stuffing is super thin in the inside so it's a very flat pillow. Honestly, i would've preferred buying this at the dollar tree. Read reviews and for God's sake read the description! People are complaining about it not filling up the same size pillow case they have. It clearly says if you have a 20x20 case, you will need a 22x22 pillow. Exactly what i had and fit perfectly. Make sure you have a good thick quality throw cover for it or you'll be losing out completely. Luckily my cover was nice.
