I bought this product to wear with my cpap nasal mask and it works well for that. However, I have two issues: 1) I have worn it only a few months and the blue material that outlines the black material is tearing loose. The black material is stretchy, but the blue is not, so when you put it on, you cannot stretch it, or the stitching will break and pull loose. 2) The material is not breathable and makes my face sweat and itch.

Pros: pretty comfortable(even with a short beard), adjustable, effective, can sleep all or most of the night wearing this.Cons: blue dye rubs off on pillows (picture), unusable if sinuses are stuffed up, look kind of ridiculous to anyone watching you sleep, underside of the velcro strap edges and corners can irritate and scratch my scalp if not adjusted tight.I wouldn't recommend this to anyone using white or light colored pillowcases, but despite the other shortcomings it's a decent product.

I liked the look and feel of this chin strap when it first arrived. I used it twice and I think it helped in reducing my mouth breathing but the stitching along the edge of it in 2 different places started coming undone. Happily, Amazon provided a full refund and I was able to return it via Kohl's free of charge.

While this chinstrap was effective in keeping my mouth closed, it had an awful "plastic" smell and was very hot. It also was not terribly comfortable because the connections were thick when overlapped and velcro stuck to my hair where the straps didn't overlap. So if the size is not perfect for your head, you'll have either lumps or scratching. Or both. The velcro straps were stiff plastic material as well. Overall, it was not a great solution. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it did actually work - many straps don't. But I'm not keeping it. As soon as I get a replacement, it's gone.

I hate to be the individual who ruins it 5 star review, but the item I received was extremely cheaply made, one of the Velcro tabs ripped off the chin strap after 1 night of use.It's a shame, because the product actually did work.

I don't snore but I seem to sleep with my mouth open because my mouth dries out so much it hurts. I bought this device to keep my mouth closed and it works great. No more dry mouth.

I don't know if it takes several nights or several weeks to get used to this, but I tried one night and I couldn't sleep. I kept waking up because this was very uncomfortable. It's hard having something wrapping my head when I'm trying to sleep. I finally got fed up and took it off in the middle of the night and went to a mouth guard instead. If you're gonna try this, at least don't do it on a work or school night.

Um....I fly a lot, but I’d never dare wear this in front of people. Big, bulky and hard to figure. Out how to put on. I’m so sad. I thought this was my answer to snoring on planes.
