Solved Roku Stick Interference Issue
I bought a Roku streaming stick to replace an older, unsupported Roku box but the Roku stick would not work in the older LCD 19 inch TV. The picture was messed up and had a lot of interference. I tried an short HDMI extension cable and that helped a little bit but not enough. I bought this HDMI extension cable and the Roku stick works fine now with the older LCD TV. My guess is the old TV is not well shielded from the RF noise the Roku stick produces when it's too close to the TV.

It works great and I haven’t had any issues using it. It’s easy to install, and connects well. I think the cable length is just right as well. So far, pretty happy with this purchase :)

This is a perfect size to use with a Roku / Firefly or what ever HDMI plug streaming unit - if you just plug straight into your TV, you may get a message same as I did, said that my Roku Stick was getting to hot. I felt it and it was - so I bought this HDMI Extension cord, problem solved.
