Gentle heat
This does not get hot. It feels warm to the touch only

awful construction, heat don’t penetrate the substrate,
Good concept, awful product. Heavy gauge wires attached to paper thin “heat” roll. Installing 2” below the substrate doesn’t allow the radiant heat to penetrate through the subfloor, cement board, thinset and tile. Maybe will work under other floors, but not tile. It doesn’t matter how much insulation you use either. Waited 72 hours as recommended: tile is room temperature in some spots, mainly cold. Don’t waste your money and time.

Nice warm floor
Keeps my tile floor nice and warm. Appreciate the Low energy usage. Hated the installation process, not as easy as the installation video from their website shows, getting up and over pipes and conduit is a frustrating experience. Would probably be better with a second set of hands.

Great product!
Works great! Installed underneath subfloor in crawlspace. Heats my tile floor (wooden subfloor, concrete board, and tile) incredibly well! Wish I had a few more rolls to do my whole house!

Warm floors
Initially worked and then stopped. Multiple attempts to contact the company by myself and Amazon have failed. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT FAILED AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND.

Works great!
Using numerous panels between joists in crawlspace for master bath. Been using it for 3 years, so far no problems at all.
