Q: Is this a citrus flavor tea? I am trying to find the same tea I had at a friend's house last night and the packaging seems to have changed.

Yes, it's a citrus flavor cleansing tea. I usually don't like to sip it hot, but I do like the cleansing results. I let it cool and drink it straight down before going to bed. It really helps with bloating!

Q: can you lose weight on the tea alone, or do you need to diet too?

It depends on how much Detoxing you need to do. If you haven't done a Detox in the past several months you could easily loose a few pounds of waste. If you Detox on a regular basis then you will probably only notice a little difference in your weight. You should keep in mind that this tea does not help you loose body FAT, it's only waste. However, it also helps curb your appetite so you could loose a few pounds of fat that way. A balanced diet is always the way to go, regardless. :)

Q: Will it still work if I cool the tea after steeping it in hot water?

Hey David. Yes - you can cool the tea's after steeping. Here are some tips.... 1. Steep tea for longer than recommended using less water (more concentrated). Then pour over ice.2. Sun Brew your tea all day in a mason jar with lid to keep the bugs out. Then refrigerate over night. Pouring over ice is optional. This method is my favorite as it amplifies the goodness.3. Place 2 tea bag(s) in 16oz water bottle with lid. Refrigerate for 2-3 days shaking periodically to stir up the herbs.
