Exceptional customer service
The bar stools are great. One of the stools had a bent leg, but I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue. They were prompt, friendly and made things right.

Ready to go, right out of the box!
It doesn't get much easier than opening the box, taking out the stools and sitting on them. Nice!

Shiny
I ordered these a few years back, but they're not the same. I prefer a matte finish, and these are definitely shiny. Given the $80 price tag for a set of 4, I will keep them and find a way to make them a matte finish either with super fine steel wool or 400 grit sandpaper. Beyond this, the wood is exactly as it appears in the photos. It's slightly darker than I prefer, so again, I might do something to lighten the wood. They're nicely packaged.

Tops are slightly ugly
The "wood" tops are a very bland and ugly matte milk chocolate color. It is some super cheap wood material as well. I plan to sand the color off and maybe stain it something better.
