I don't have an otterbox case on my phone so I don't have the problem of the micro-usb being able to charge my phone. Yes, the end is a little bulky to allow for the locking. But because of the right angle, I can plug one end of this into my portable charger and the other end into my phone, then put both into my small purse. My previous options with normal cables would destroy the cables because my small purses would force the cable to bend near the connector and that stress on the end killed the cable. I don't use this as a key chain, but rather have it in a small pouch with those small lipstick-sized portable chargers, along with a wall-charger. I have probably used it about a hundred times now, at least, both with the wall-charger and portable charger. The locking has not gotten loose, but again, I keep it in a small pouch. I would definitely buy this again, but so far, I don't yet need a replacement.

A cool little item. It locks in a loop so it's not easy to lose, great for charging or hooking up to transfer files. My only complaint is it's upside down. If you plug the micro USB into a phone face up, then the cable has to be twisted 180 to put the USB into a computer. I have 3 different laptops that I've tried this on, so it's not that 1 laptop has upside down USB ports.

This cord is great for a short charging cable, and its ability to plug into itself provides nice protection for the heads. We were lucky that it didn't get stolen when it was delivered as the Amazon delivery driver left it on the mailboxes that are halfway across out complex, and too high for a short guy like me to see. My apartment manager was kind enough to bring it to my door when he saw it up there.

Very functional and sturdy. I lost all 3 of my micro-USB chargers during a recent trip and have found this to be a solution since I can just attach it to my bag wherever I go. I took away 1 star only because the cord is, as advertised, quite short. Not impossible to use but it can be hard to manuever if I want to keep using my phone while it's charging. Still, the pro is that it won't tangle easily. I gave one as a gift and it was well appreciated.

Love this very short, petite, compact cable. I keep this in my purse so that I always have a USB to Micro connector with me, just-in-case I need to recharge my Samsung S7 phone. Its so slim, I don't even know its there. LOVE the way they molded the end pieces to fit together!! You could easily loop this onto your key chain and always have it close at hand.

So insanely handy, I don't know why everyone doesn't have these. Perfect to throw around a purse strap or key chain. Fits perfectly, unlocks easy, stays locked when closed, and works great when I used it to connect my Note 5 and other similar devices to my portable phone charger.

I think this product is okay. I carry it with me whenever I go outside on errands because it's so small and convient. One thing I dislike about this is since it closes like a loop, where it closes it becomes loose after few uses. Overall I think it's a great product because it can bend a lot of ways.

Used on my boat, exactly what I was looking for. I have an older radio without Bluetooth but it had a 3.5mm aux. input right close to a USB jack on the instrument panel. Using this cable I was able to connect to a mini Bluetooth audio receiver plugged in to the 3.5mm jack. All the clutter from a long USB cable and audio cable is gone.
