Style:Square Product Description Wilton premium nonstick bakewares combines superior non-stick performance, serving convenience, and elegant designs which provide the highest level of baking satisfaction. Heavy duty steel construction prevents warping. Oversized handles for safe lifting of the pans. Easy clean-up and dishwasher safe. Recipe included. .com Avid bakers will find plenty of reasons to appreciate Wilton's Excelle Elite baking tools. Designed to be hardworking, dependable, and versatile, the line combines high-quality materials with thoughtful details to impress even exacting chefs. This 9-inch square pan is perfect for making a small birthday cake, a batch of mocha brownies, or homemade cornbread within its straight 2-inch walls. The sturdy steel warms rapidly and consistently, aided by its dark color that absorbs heat, to encourage uniformly hot insides and light browning on crusts and toppings. Cast from a single mold, the pan holds its shape and strength, avoiding the bends and twists that can occur in lightweight or lesser quality metals. A reinforced nonstick coating streamlines baking by eliminating the need to oil or line the pan and smoothly releasing food onto a cooling rack or serving platter. The large, contoured handles offer plenty of room for oven mitts to grab on and a textured grip area for transporting. An especially helpful addition, the pan's dimensions are engraved right into the handles so a busy baker can find out the size at a glance-a saving grace when it's buried deep in a crowded drawer. The pan is also dishwasher-safe and comes with a 10-year warranty against defects. A tasty recipe is included. --Kara Karll

Bargain 13" x 9" inch pan that does the job!
I got this pan in June 2014 and waited to see how it would hold up after several months of use. And it's going great--with proper care, this pan should last a long time. I notice that most of the reviews for this rectangular 13X9 inch pan are actually for the heart shaped cake pan, so my review is specific to the 13" x 9" pan.First, I ain't cooking cakes in this thing. I'm putting greasy, meaty things into this baby. Porch chops, chicken, lasagnas--you know what I'm talking about. These are things that tend to ruin pans by sticking just enough to ruin the non-stick coatings over time. Thankfully, this pan has held up very, very well. I've noticed some light staining but it hasn't seemed to affect the non-stick properties of the pan.Non-stick is a bit hard to claim; stick-resistant would be more accurate. I still have to do a bit of rubbing to get stuff off the pan, but it's nothing like it would be if this was just a regular pan. Supposedly the pan has a 10-year warranty, but I would be very happy to get 5 years out of any pan the way I like to cook. This may not be the most expensive pan out there, but it is pretty darn good. I don't use metal utensils on this pan; you can find safe utensils for things like cutting lasagna that won't scratch the coating like a metal knife will. Cared for properly, there's no reason why this pan shouldn't provide years of service. A great bargain choice for pan!

Wilton pans are great.
I needed 2 pans the same size, so bought 2. They aren't as deep as I wanted, but that's my fault for notnoticing in the description. And - - the bar code sticker on the bottom of each pan peeled off easily!Don't forget to remove it before use!

I use this about every day
I just line this puppy with foil, and fill it with frozen french frys, or fish fillets and preheat my Panasonic Microwave/convection oven. Cleanup is easy, and the pan is not bent or warped after numerous times at 400 to 450 degrees.

A 9 inch pan that's 8 1/4 inch across!
This pan is not the stoutest I've seen an but would do well if used alone but when I buy a 9 inch pan I want a 9 inch pan, not 8 1/4 inches at the bottom. It's 9 inches at the top but 3/4 inch is a lot! That's a steep angle that would easily be seen especially if multi tiers are used. I returned this pan.

'Wilton Excelle Elite' pan -very good, the pan's cover-not so good.
First, I have to say that the "Wilton Excelle Elite-9' x 13' cake pan has been great. It bakes evenly, has the best nonstick coating Ihave seen, and I love the handles on the edge of the pan. It's another example of Wilton's much better than average bakeware. However, the cakepan's plastic cover is another story. The first one I received was broken and had to be returned for refund. The cover for the other pan, whick has slider-push in to lock on pan-mechanism, has little plastic tabs that when pushed in over the rolled metal edge of pan, is ssupposed to lock the lid in place. I have discovered that where the tabs snap lock, they also chip away at the nonstick coating, a place for corrosion to start. A pan of this quality should have a better cover.

Decent pan, has held up, but not used more than once a month.
This is our go to pan for brownies. We may use them for other things like a roast, but not that often. After 9 months they still look good (minimal scratches, no rust).

Sturdy and well built!
This pan is incredibly durable and well built! It's a steel coated pan that's 9x9 inches, which, to me, is perfect for brownies. By far the most important feature of this product is the handles on the sides. It is so annoying to reach your hand to grab a hot pan in the oven and struggle to get a good grip. I've never had that issue with this pan.Overall, for the price and the quality of the pan you'll receive, I would recommend this to anyone. Definitely a good buy that will last a long time!

NOT A SECRET- BETTER BAKING
Better than that secret baker(ha!), this Wilton pan is a heavy steel coated pan. These pans retain heat longer and you should reduce oven temp. by minimum 25*F or your recipes will burn- this applies to any recipe calling for 350*F or greater. Use a spaghetti stick to test for ready to remove. You will fall in love with the large handles with the embossed design for better grip when lifting. Be careful around these pans after baking as they will remain hot for longer. I bought two of these for our community because Walmart cant price competitively in housewares and Amazon rocks the house.

Nice weight and non-stick finish
I have several of these Wilton pans in my kitchen and they are uniformly good quality and long lasting. The non-stick coating works well, and with proper care this pan will perform for a long time.
