The Necronomnomnom: Recipes and Rites from the Lore of H. P. Lovecraft

I love everything about this book. It is well written and cheeky and the illustrations are gorgeously madness inducing, yet the recipes are edible and there's something in it for everyone. I appreciate the incorporation of Lovecraftian lore with the variety of recipes offered, and the fact that there's a regular cookbook section so the normies don't drive themselves to madness trying to decode this tome. It's beautifully bound and well written and something that the Great Old Ones would certainly approve of. I've shared the link and spread the gospel more times than I have tentacles to count.Buy. This. Book.

The pictures and recipes are just fun. We have yet to cook anything but have enjoyed looking through the book. It is a great conversation piece. Many friends have come to visit and they gravitate to this book and love looking through.

Recipes that read like spells sounds like a bit of a dud idea but WOW did they nail the execution with this. One of the best gifts you can give to your fantasy inclined friends and family.

I bought the Necronomnomnom and absolutely loved it, then I saw there's a Necromunchicon. I was about to buy it, but the title says it's still the Necronomnomnom and that I already bought this product. I'd love to have a new book of this series, just don't want to buy the same book twice by accident

If you are an HP Lovecraft fan and enjoy cooking, this book is for you! Great illustrations and very cleverly written. We tried the "New England Damned Chowder" recipe this weekend and it was fantastic. The recipe calls for muttering an incantation during cooking (which I did) and I think that made all the difference.Do yourself a favor and add this to your cookbook collection.

The media could not be loaded.  This book is just plain fun to have! It is a must have for any one with a love for cooking, witchcraft or just anyone who like weird stuff or having fun. It is not a book for anyone who takes things too seriously.

of all the gifts I gave my college aged Daughters this year for learning how to cook for themselves and others, this is the one they loved the most. Sure its niche and campy but what price is a child's happyness?
