Beware
I used one of the three cables in my build, a few weeks after I decided to add a second ssd. I installed my new ssd, checked all my connections, closed the case and fired it up. Well after about 4 hours later and two times reinstalling windows I was back to one drive. There was definitely something wrong with the second cable, whatever it was, was bad enough to mess up windows. I replaced these cables and everything is fine now and I have two drives running fine but not with these cables. Junk....

Very solid and stiff but can be formed into shape.
The connectors are very high quality. I bought two sets of them, and hooked up five drives, no problems with any of them. The cables are very stiff, but I molded them into shape and cable management was not bad. You will not be able to get them to completely double back on themselves, so if you are working in very tight spaces keep that in mind. The SATA ports on my motherboard were too close together to get them in one on top of the other, so I had to use a razor knife and shave a little of the rubber from the connector. The rubber insulation from one grabbed the latch of the one below it. Not a big issue for me, but something to keep in mind. Like I said in the headline, these are very solid, plus, they look great!

Slightly too stiff, but otherwise great!
There isn't much to review when it comes to SATA cables. These are the locking type, which is always nice, but while they made to be durable, they are a bit stiff for custom PC builds. Getting these to bend into tight spaces was a bit of a challenge that slightly less bulky cables could have made an easier time of. All in all though, if you can get them into the locations you need, these cables are a great value.

Good quality and nice looking SATA cables.
PROS: These cables look and feel like nice quality pieces, i was really drawn to the braided look and added durability it gives the cables. They feel strong and i wouldn't worry much about them fraying on tight bends over time. Locking mechanism keeps them from pulling out once installed. The length is plenty good for most PCs, even a bit long for my P600S.CONS: They can be a bit hard to bend into tight spaces, after hooking them up it was a bit of a fight to get them into an out of the way position. Also the connector itself is VERY snug, I'm used to SATA cables just clicking right in, these require a bit of extra pressure to get in, made it a bit difficult without taking out my GPU. That being said, at least they wont be popping out on their own.

if you need black colored SATA cables with braided sheathing over it this is for you.
First off they do the job. You plug them into your SATA devices along with SATA Power and they work. as far as the STRETCH rating I gave it 4 stars because these feel like regular SATA cables with their traditional hard plastic insulation that someone put the black brained sheathing over it. Nothing wrong with that if you are looking for that look, which I was, but I also thought that they would have made a truly custom cable instead of putting braided sheathing over a regular SATA cable.

using in remote bare metal server
i replaced all the cables in my 8 year old server running in a co-location facility. i needed something that was flexible enough to wrap around fans and other bricks in a tricky 1U server layout. these were extremely easy to route around and replace the much less flexible plastic wrapped cables one of which was failing and causing drives to report SMART errors.i used two sets of 3 in different colors (red and green) so that they are easier for the smart hands folks to identify in the future.

SATA...
not much to write about .. it works, it holds it's shape, and very closely matches my other blue cables..too bad the listing says 3 pak.. and only ONE came. so i haven't used it with my drives, nor installed them ..i ordered the 3pak, cause i needed 2, and would have an extra for my RWB patriotic build...used the one that did come in, in that build and it looks great, holds form fairly well, while i built around it before securing it in place.maybe the other 2 cables will magically appear one day in my mail.. more than likely not, will have to order more elsewhere i guess..

looks great for a low price
got these for my build(might include picture later) helped really tie everything together. they look great and are really nice to work with as they are firm (a lot firmer than I expected) the mesh around the sata appears to be some type of plastic-rough feeling wrapping and has a slight sheen to it.

Flimsy clips, poor qc on the fittings.
Paid a premium for something that would look cool and hopefully last a while. The clips on these sata cables are sub-standard. 1 of them broke during the build process. Another 1 detached itself (the metal clip portion of the connector just snapped) while in the chassis with almost no pressure applied. The connectors are either too snug or too loose. The build quality just isn't worth the price, but I suppose they do look good. You're paying for 3 but expect only 2 of them to hold up.

Ok
Works fine. Looks good from a distance. Mesh is, looks and feels cheap from up close. From a distance it looks good in my build.

very stiff
Work fine, but I didn't realize they were so stiff and inflexible, making it hard to fit in my planned space. My fault though, it does say "straight" cable. Just be aware they work better in some configurations than others.

Good cables
Nice cables, they match my Corsair Braided cables so everything plugging into th emotherboard matches.
