I have sleep apnea and have been looking for a mouthpiece. I tried two other brands. This one is by far the best I tried.It is a little harder to mold but it provides a better fit. Its low profile doesn't cut up under your lip. On the others that I sent back, if you didn't get it to fit the first time, you couldn't adjust it latter for a better fit. I redid this three times and it was very comfortable . I really don't write reviews, but after having a bad experience with the others, I had to give this one a big thumbs up!

I love this product. After trying some other brands, I found this one to have the best fit. I didn’t have to trim it, it doesn’t gag me, and is easy to mold for a perfect custom fit. I just ordered my third one. They need to be replaced every few months, as they will get some tartar buildup on them. I brush mine with toothpaste every morning, but it still happens.Getting used to a mouthpiece can be a bit of an adjustment. You may experience drooling, or even find it missing the next morning. (The first few nights, I would remove it in my sleep and chuck it across the room!) Be patient, and keep using it. After a couple of weeks, you don’t even notice it being there anymore. My sleep quality is tremendously improved (I can tell by my Fitbit tracker), because I no longer wake myself up snoring or grinding my teeth! The silicone is very soft and comfortable, yet durable. Follow the directions exactly, and it’s easy to mold to your mouth. I like that it has 2 breathing holes, in case I get stuffy at night and need to breathe through my mouth. All-in-all, this is the best product of its kind I’ve found, and definitely worth the cost.

So I ordered the Tranquillam Sleep mouth guard to help with my snoring. I had read a ton of reviews and was really skeptic going in. At the point I placed this order my wife was already sleeping in another room on how bad my snoring was. Like all snoring types I was skeptic that I even snored and so I proceeded to record my sleeping habits with the Snorlab app and boy was I surprised. I sounded like a buzz saw. My highest recorded score on the Snorelab app was in the 50's. I started my testing with just a simple breath right nose strip with no change. I then purchased a firm pillow to elevate my head higher to try that as well. Same. No improvement. Lastly, I tried the Tranquillam Sleep guard and it worked. My lowest score to date is 5 see picture for proof. Problem solved. I as well as my wife are very happy. She's back in our bed and I am getting a full nights sleep.I highly recommend buying this product. It takes a couple days to get used to sleeping with it but be patient. It works and you'll start feel better on a full nights sleep.

I was waking up tired, exhausted and lacking focus at work. After multiple trips to the doctor, who is very good, we determined the cause to be sleep apnea. Strange I lost 40 pounds, over a year and was working out five days a week. The first night I tried this I could believe the difference. It was like I was 20 years old again. I highly recommend this product and have already to multiple coworkers. The best 20 bucks I ever spent! My sleep is restful and I started losing weight again. Sleep apnea affects not just your sleep but also the hormones that regulate your weight.

I taped myself sleeping last night after trying this a few times...the first two times it was had to keep in my mouth but last night it stayed and felt comfortable with out the wetness. When I reviewed the tape..all I heard the entire time was a little heavy breathing, not the loud horn blowing snoring I was told about for years....I have to tape myself without the mouth guard to see the difference, but I wanted to offer my experience for those wondering if this works or not...I will give another report when Ive done that..but for the price it is definately worth a try.

I am on my 3rd mouthpiece. Unfortunately, my dog keeps eating them. They do actually work. I am a big nose snorer and I feel badly, sleeping in the same room with me is like sleeping next to a chainsaw. I tried nasal surgery to help the problem but it didn't really work. Then I tried this and it totally helps. Doesn't completely go away , but way more tolerable. I've tried a couple other ones and this one was superior in material and size. Highly recommend. Very easy to mold to your mouth, don't forget to leave the plastic piece in when you are doing this, I also made that mistake and then it's worthless. Enjoy and rest better next to your loved one:)

This is the second one I have purchased and it works perfectly! Follow the instructions and be sure you hold the piece correctly when you do the initial fitting and you will not be let down. I've ordered 2 other kinds and returned them both for having hard plastic and difficult setting issues. This is EASY and QUICK.. and it works!
