Overall good product
It is so much faster than a mandolin.I primarily slice potatoes and have gone through +200 pounds so far.Fast. Easy to Use. Easy to clean.One issue is that I have trouble keeping it set to the same thickness. It "drifts" off setting during use. It is easy enough to adjust back to desired thickness but I wish there were a set screw or something to lock your thickness adjustment in place. If there is an easy fix that I have overlooked, I would love to hear it.I do wish the holding compartment were a little bigger. Some bigger potatoes I have to cut in half.On the bright side, I can sometimes run two smaller potatoes through at one time.

Just how exactly am I supposed to tell my mom how to put this together? Absolutely no instructions included and I do not live near her to be able to go help her!!!!!

China nemco knockoff
This is not a nemco slicer made in USA. It looks the same , parts will even interchange but it thinner walls and parts. It works the same as its 300 buck orginal, I'm eager to see how it holds up to daily use
