I got a belly belt to lift my belly as well from anazon but it kept sticking to my clothes. I realized I never had to use it when I was wearing these underwear. The underwear itself lifts my belly. And it like I said in my original review, I felt less back pain. I am returning the other thing and buying more if this underwear. The comfort on my sensitive vaginal area was def a factor for me deciding no bunching or riding up. And they dont compress or feel tight on my belly being able to grow.
