I’ve been using this product for over a month after a fall, so have really put it through its paces. It thoroughly distributes the cold around the entire knee so is much more effective than a regular flat ice pack. I’m 5’ 5” and 140 lbs, so purchased a small/medium. It’s snug but not too tight and acts like a compression sleeve as well. The fabric is soft and comfortable too. While it only stays cold for about 15-20 minutes, that’s pretty much all that’s needed. It does re-freeze pretty quickly. Between using this twice a day as well as applying a diclofenac sodium gel, it’s really made a difference. The price is so reasonable I bought two to have in separate parts of the house, which has been very convenient. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Great product. The cold temperature doesn't last very long, but the product is very efficient since it creates a full wrap around the knee that's fully cold. I love it and it has had great effect on my knee's swollenness. So in a way, I think this product is great because within a shorter amount of time I can get the effect I want.

I bought this to help deal with a torn meniscus and for recovery after surgery. It is comfortable, fits securely, and is very easy to use. The cold does not last as long as a traditional ice pack, but it is convenient if you want to ice something quickly and without fuss, especially after a game or workout. For longer or more serious icing sessions, I would look at other options. For quick, simple relief, this still has value.

This is a miracle product... At 0°F this thing is perfectly cold... As a compression sleeve, it applies just the right amount of pressure... Combined -> it really eleviates pain from swelling (I was able to fall right to sleep & wasn't woken up in the middle of the night with knee pain) ...this works so much better than wrapping a bunch of cold packs around my knee! After application, & covering it with a blanket for cold retention -> this thing maintains its chill for about an hour... Unprotected, walking around, & playing table tennis -> it lasts about half an hour... Size wise, the large fits my knee really well (15.5/14/19 inches in circumference) ... It is not too tight & doesn't slide down my leg when walking... There is no way this would fit around my quad & hamstring, but it does fit as an elbow compress... Tip: the logo goes to the side of the knee, with the seam behind... Tip: Follow instructions & freeze this in the provided freezer bag -> the freezer bag prevents humidity from forming ice crystals onto the surface -> this allows it to be used directly on the skin without getting cold burns...

This is a very good product, it works as intended. I purchased the medium size and it fits perfectly.

The mission is clear but the use of it is only in a sitting situation not for walking around. The size is okay but if you lose weight or it's becomes warm it just slides down. The freezer time is okay takes like 5 minutes and then you can you it for 10. It is very soft which is awesome.

I got small I am 5’4 and 116lbs I have to wear pants when I put them on because they’re so unbearably cold (needed but wooo) after about 10 min they shift to regular ice pack temp, after 15 it’s almost not cold enough but it works! So if you only need them for 20 min they are perfect, and honestly they are so comfortable, cold and easy, if you need longer than 20 min just buy two! It is worth it. I have used all kinds of ice packs, this is the peak.

This is a very handy device. It provides a good bit of relief when I'm having knee pain. It stays cold just fine. I leave it in the freezer until I need it whenever my knee acts up. No velcro on it, which is great...you just slide it right on. It seems to run a little small, so I may buy another in a size up later. This is a great replacement for an ice pack, which I have hard time keeping on my knee or hitting the right spots on my knee. This wraps all the way around so it's much more effective than an ice pack.

It’s truly a value for money product ….an hour in the freezer and gives you instant relief for upto 30 mins . It’s quite sturdy and flexible . Using it for the calf area post surgery

These work as described. My main situation is that they don’t stay cold enough for long enough (for my personal use). So they have advantages and having the wrap around the joint is helpful. Beyond that it’s depending on what and how you need to use the ice pack.

I don’t generally write reviews but I’ve been pretty please with this knee sleeve. Stays cold for about 20mins and provides just enough compression for my knee. I have osteoarthritis and a torn meniscus and use this nightly. It bring down the swelling better than anything else I’ve tried.
