Samsung USB Type-C to 3.5mm Jack Adapter (Ee-UC10J)

I use this to adapt my favorite type of headphones to my Note10+, since they removed the 3.5mm jack. Works wonderfully! Only issue is... You cannot charge your phone and use this adapter at the same time unless you are charging wirelessly.

Works as described. Connected to my Samsungs s21 usb-c port perfectly. Just a heads up, cable is very short. Feels durable but time will tell as i will be using it quite often. Overall, a good value for the money and good quality.

Quality of the sound coming through my headphones is fine. The volume is good and it's an average quality. But the microphone does not work when when connected with this Jack. Using Galaxy S21

Got this for use with a Galaxy S23 phone; I'd upgraded from an S10e (which has an audio jack) and wanted to be able to use 3.5mm jack headphones with my new phone. The adaptor I received is a bit quirky; despite the reversible nature of USB-C, for whatever reason it only consistently works properly when connected in one of the two orientations. It works when plugged in the one way, but that behavior is not what I expected from a Samsung-branded product.

Even though it's supposed to be an official Samsung adapter, here's why I don't recommend it for the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G: 1. Doesn't always get detected after inserting the adapter with a reasonable, fair pressure into the phone's USB-C input. 2. When it does get detected, audio comes out mostly on the left channel. 3. In order to get the right channel to work correctly, extra "pressure" is required. Although the cable doesn't shake or appear loose after it's inserted, having to take this extra step is NOT acceptable. 4. When everything was "working", there was noticeable noise present when phone was idle, when interacting with phone and during playback. So for a Galaxy S21 5G, spend your money on another adapter that other users can confirm works correctly and as expected. ============================ Test Hardware: Galaxy S21 5G phones that are new and have no issues. Working 3.5mm male-male cable that has no issues. Sony MDR-XB50AP/R Headphones that are almost new and no issues. Galaxy Phone --> Samsung USB-C to 3.5mm adapter --> 3.5mm stereo cable --> Sony Car Stereo with working 3.5mm input. (3.5mm cable and stereo input were tested with an iPhone 6s, worked fine.) Galaxy Phone --> Samsung USB-C to 3.5mm adapter --> stereo headphones. Same issues mentioned above. It was also tested on another Galaxy S21 5G phone and the issue persisted.

This product works great and allows me to use my plug in ear buds. I worry less about losing the plug in earbuds when traveling, as the bluetooth ones tend to fall out of my ears frequently. I haven't noticed any difference in the sound between using the adaptor vs how they sounded plugged into my older phone with a jack. This was a good purchase.

I bought this because I recently upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy s21. When I bought the phone I had no idea it did not have a standard headphone jack plug in. I listen to music with headphones everyday and prefer to use wired headphones instead of wireless. I found this and my problems were solved. It plugs into the charger port and then you plug your headphones into it. It is small and works amazingly. I definitely recommend getting this if you want to be able to use wired headphones on a phone without a standard headphone jack. Just an FYI This is a USB C type adapter. It won't work on phones that have micro USB or lightning cable charging ports.

I purchased another "DAC" adapter and it would not even output sound, only a repetitive popping static noise that would pause for a brief period and then pickup again. This unit works with all headphones I could test, including Bose QC20. Microphone is crisp and clear on other end. Picks up sound better and less issue than the native 3.5mm audio port on my old Samsung phone actually. There is a very faint, almost indiscernible version of the popping static, but so faint that if I am on a conversation or listening to audio, it either goes away or I just can't make it out anymore.

Tyvärr måste man ha Samsung org för att det skall fungera. Har man tredjeparts så är det tyst i lurarna.

Ich nutze den Samsung USB-C auf 3,5 mm Klinkenadapter nun seit mehreren Monaten täglich – und das völlig problemlos. Der Adapter funktioniert absolut zuverlässig: Kein Rauschen, keine Aussetzer, kein Wackelkontakt. Er wird sofort erkannt, die Audioqualität bleibt klar und kräftig. Im Vergleich zu vielen billigen Alternativen, bei denen man nie weiß, ob sie morgen noch gehen, bekommt man hier ein Stück solide Technik zum absolut fairen Preis. Für ein Original-Zubehörteil von Samsung finde ich den Preis mehr als angemessen – man bezahlt hier für Qualität, die man auch tatsächlich bekommt. Fazit: Wer einen zuverlässigen Klinkenadapter für sein USB-C-Gerät sucht, kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen. Klare Empfehlung!

emables me to use my apple earbud head phones with my samsung and experience full volume. the microphone on apple wired headphones also work, so i can make and end calls too. the apple integrated volume up and down doesnt work, but the connect disconnect button does. if you have a samsung and want to use headphones, this is the usbc adaptor to use. i have tried an apple version of this usbc adaptor, however on a samsung they reduce the volume level so much its unusable. get this proper samsung adaptor for your samsung phone, it works. just wish samsung made headphones like apple did, but this adaptor makes it work for me.

Good quality, has higher volume boost with the DAV than cheaper alternatives for sale.
