Updated review!Just got these today and I love them so far! Plugged them directly into my iPad to binge CSI and they were great! Picked up all the highs and lows in that show & YouTube videos were awesome as well. Purposely picked a variety of music and everything sounded fantastic! Not sure about the noise reduction yet as it was pretty quiet tonight, but that will change & I will update! I think this was a great price point and excellent value! Update: I don’t think they “reduce ambient noise” significantly, but I do still really like these. Love not needing the dongle adapter, also really like the volume/pause control. It is just below your chin so it’s really easy to access. *January 23, 2020: Purchased 4 months ago and today the plug came apart. In my iPad! At first they weren’t working like I didn’t have them plugged in all the way. The 3rd time or so that I retried plugging them in, they still were not working and then the metal piece stayed in my iPad & the rest came out. Fortunately I was able to pull it out with my fingers. NOT HAPPY! Really like these too...Amazon gave me vendors email so I can find out regarding warranty. Hoping they will at least send a replacement since I’m already beyond the refund timing. Will update. I did not pay additional money for a warranty. Since I need headphones I ordered these, PALOVUE Earflow in-Ear Lightning Headphones Magnetic Earphones, this was the pair I was going to get initially but got these instead. Every pair I’ve researched has negatives but the Palovue’s have about 75% positive reviews and a year warranty so I went that route. And they aren’t terribly expensive at $22. *January 26, 2020: The vendor response was fantastic! I received my replacement headphones in the mail today which makes this a 3 day turnaround from when I first contacted them. I used the product support option, talked with Amazon digitally, got the vendor email and went from there. Their service moved my review back up to 3 stars. I initially had my review at 4, put it down to 1 when they broke, but the customer support puts it back to 3 because I really do like these headphones. They stand by their one year warranty. The replacement pair I purchased, listed above, is not worth it. I was disappointed. The magnetic earbuds are the best feature. They are my backup pair. I have found with the numerous reviews I’ve read that the plug in breaking like I had is fairly common. I read it about the other brand I bought too. I honestly don’t understand why when lightning plug technology is there with charging cables, they just can’t seem to get this right...baffling.

I bought these headphones to use at work. The first set worked well for a short time, then just quit. I got little or no sound out of them, the volume control didn't work. I figured it was a one-off defect because stuff happens, right? The seller was happy to replace them, were very polite and helpful, and soon shipped me another set.Happiness! The second set of headphones worked great, all the features worked, and I was happy. Then... months later, the lightning USB connection disconnected from the cord and snapped off inside my phone. Never buying these again.

I bought these headphones because my original headphones were lost. I was very skeptical because all the previous times I bought headphones they were quickly destroyed and their audio quality was not good and did not bring the experience of using the original headphones. This time it's different - the audio quality is really pure and good, I have no complaints at all. I really enjoy hearing with them. They work with wonderful compatibility with my iPhone, no delays and certainly no small disconnects that ruin the sound. Especially they provide customer service and warranty so it's really worth buying it and even more from the original.

Generally, they looked good, sounded good and were comfortable, but the after two weeks the volume control on the headset wire quit working. Fortunately, Amazon sent me a replacement which so far works fine so I cannot complain too much, but the last pair I had, with a traditional earphone connector that I used on my iPhone 6 cost less than half as much and lasted me well over a year.

I bought these so they would not fall out of my ears and that I could use them inside my motorcycle helmet. They do fall out because it's not foam. The sound is all bass. Surprising considering bass is the hardest to get from small plugs.They work as specified. If you want to great sound keep looking. I'm still looking

almost every ear bud hurts my little ears. Except these. I got a pair from Apple when we bought our phones. Ugh, I hated them bc they where so big. I needed small and comfortable. These fit the bill. I have had them for about 4 months and they are continuing to work. Very happy.

The sound quality is truly amazing when listening to music, however when using for the phone they turn out to be substandard. Those I talk with complain that they're unable to clearly hear me, sounds like a bad connection or there is some background noise that distorts the sound of my voice.

I expected “a bit” more base which was/is a joke even for this price class. They are rather comfy which is good when going for a run. To sum it up, you won’t get a pair of earbuds on the cheaper end if you’re looking for or into a beat that will carry an audio experience to the next level. Forget it.

Do not waste your money on buying this product. The earphones are of poor quality from manufacturing to usability. The EarPods ate uncomfortable, they don’t stay easily, the sound quality isn’t as what they advertise either. It reminds me of a pair I bought out of emergency from the pound shop. These earphones have lasted three months only, they stopped working and wasted my money and now having to spend more money on another set of earphones , but not from this company! I would be grateful if this company could refund me in full as they have not lasted at all and doesn’t represent what they state in their product description.

Really nice set of headphones which I bought for my daughter after she lost her original pair.Good appearance with alloy covers on the headphones themselves and the plug too, and spare sets of earbuds to ensure best fit.And the most important thing is that the sound quality is good too, as well as being comfortable to wear . She is delighted with them.

I hate the Apple earbuds, find them so uncomfortable. Its not so easy to find lightning earphones, so i was happy to find these. They fit well and securely. I use them mostly on public transport to listen to talk radio / podcasts / audio books and the sound quality is good.

Update. 4 months amd one side went intermittent then stopped working. I returned them and got a refund.They look and sound nice but not built to last, i can say that as two pairs i bought both failed with same fault.***************************Btilliant, better than gem apple wired ear buds and the control is just as useful.Review updated due to issues.

Great for the purpose I need them for .. far better sound quality than you get from the Apple earphones and a lot more comfier in the ear
