Does exactly what it says it will. No set up, no mileage, no history, no date and time. Can carry on provided belt clip, lanyard or just in pocket. Have to reset daily if want to begin anew. Merely push a button for 3 seconds. As accurate as the pedometer on my cell phone.

I got this because I lost my wrist step counter. It is much simpler - it just counts steps but it has some great features and actually tracks more steps than my wrist thing. You can carry it in a pocket or purse and it will count steps just the same. I put it on the cord that came with it, and wore it around my neck like a necklace - under my shirt so nobody knew I had it on. This has the benefit of counting every step - the one on my wrist won't count those bazillion steps when I am pushing a grocery cart, stroller, or wheelchair. The numbers are large and very easy to read, even though it does not light up. One drawback is that you have to clear the step count and manually reset to zero either at the end of the day or the beginning of the new day. It does one thing and it does it well. If all you want is to count your steps, this is an outstanding product.

It’s working for me!I have used this device for a month now, and I do have one complaint: at night, I set it to zero, but often when I have grabbed it & put it in my pocket, I realize later that there are way too many steps compared to my activity! Now, even tho I have set it to zero, I have to make sure it is still on zero in the morning!P.S. I still love it!12/2/21 Another month & still the problem exists! I just have to make sure to check it daily!

Love this pedometer. Does the job and is small enough to carry in my jacket pocket.

I bought this to work as a pedometer to track my steps as I need to get to a certain number of steps per day. My phone is too big to put in my pocket. This looked like a great item and worked great for a few days. Then it stopped working. I was in the middle of doing my daily steps and looked to see how I was coming along and had a completely black screen. I took the battery out and put it back in and it worked for about 1 1/2 weeks and did the same thing. I returned it and got a new one. Same problem. After a few days, I had the black screen, unresponsive. There is a reset button which got it working again but in the meantime, I had no record of the steps I had done for at least 1/2 hour. I don't want something I have to reset regularly to get it to track my steps. I'm returning this one and will look for a better product.

Easy to use. Seems accurate. Duplicates an app on the smarf phone.

This is easy to read and very accurate.

Here is the thing, it works great in your pocket, on your belt or around your neck. It starts up after 10 steps to eliminate false starts. Large readout, easy to see. The one drawback I have found upon using it, is I like to carry it in my front pocket by itself so nothing disturbs it. However, I found when I do floor stretching, it has reset on several occasions, losing my daily totals. I assume some of my stretches caused it to depress the clear button on the back long enough that the unit resets. I now take it out of my pocket for stretching but often forget to put it back for my run on the treadmill. But that is on me. I wish the clear was made in such a way that stretching would not cause it to reset.I have been using this on a treadmill putting in on my waist by my right front pocket. For every 100 steps taken on the treadmill it counts 10. Something not right here. I will contact the company first and if that does not work I will be sending it back.
