The neon Corvette clock looks great in my garage / shop. The fact that it’s in close proximity to my 2019 Z06 doesn’t hurt either. It you’re considering this clock be advised that the clock movement is battery operated (FYI, the clock is accurate). The neon circular bulb (mine is red) is powered with 120VAC. It is RECOMMENDED by the manufacturer that the neon bulb NOT be left on continuously. I solved this problem by wiring the neon into the same AC power that operates several LED ceiling lights. These three shop ceiling lights are all on switched power so when the work is finished and the LEDs are turned off you also turn off the neon bulb as recommended. I would recommend the purchase of this Neon Corvette Clock.

Overall this is a large clock that was even larger than anticipated. Consequently I had to hang it in a different place. I don't keep the transformer for the Neon feature plugged in unless I am in the room because I was concerned that it might overheat. The material accompanying the clock did not address this issue. I think that the clock is nice, but overpriced given is construction. It has a glass face but a plastic frame.

This was something I purchased as a gift, so as far as how it works I'm not sure. I did open the package and plugged it in when it arrived. The light was very bright and looked just as pictured.

I rated the clock a five because it is exactly what I wanted. I am disappointed that I can't read the clock from a distance, but I did read a review that said the same thing and I decided for the price, it's ok. Glad I bought! It's just what I needed for the garage!

It works. Not entirely as good as I hoped but it works. The neon tube is white wired tied to the cardboard clock face and up close it looks a little cheap. The detail of the graphics are good up close and once hanging up high on my garage wall none of this really matters. It does appear nice from a distance. The red neon glow is not too bright but in pitch black it will appear quite bright. I ended up plugging it in to an overhead 8' fluorescent light socket so the neon only lights with the shop lights. The only other beef is the hands are a bit difficult to read at certain times depending on where they sit on the graphics. I wanted to disassemble and paint them a contrasting color but I was afraid of ruining something because again, it doesn't appear to be that good of quality. So far so good though, it's keeping good time and sitting 8 feet up, my friends think I spent a lot more.
