Holds multiple guitars well. Not the most robust construction. Overall I like it!
Stand holds multiple guitars well with sufficient space between for most guitars. Construction could be more robust but is not bad. Might not make the sturdiest stage rack although usable. Better for home use. No pre-poked holes in foam so you will have to feel your way through the construction. Not too difficult though. The holes for the separator pegs don't appear to have any reinforcement, just holes drilled right into the aluminum supports so be careful not to strip them. Take your time on the first peg until you get the hang of it as my first one went in crooked. Weld points may be marginally better on the back support than some other stands but still flimsy. Definite possible point of failure. Foam sufficient but a bit lightweight and I could see it potentially degrading over time. Time will tell. Mine ripped slightly during construction and had to be taped. Overall though I love this rack, it does a great job, is reasonably priced, and is probably superior to some others I see on Amazon.

Maybe it’s ok ...
Maybe seven is just too many guitars for any single stand. Maybe especially one for $36. My guitars don’t seem to be in imminent danger but there’s just enough side to side sway to make me worry about the tightness of my nuts. Then yesterday I needed to move it. So I removed all the guitars, picked it up and heard a rattle. The little piece to the right in my photo fell out of the stand onto the floor. Still heard a rattle. Folded the stand and gave it a little shake and the other piece fell out. I don’t recall seeing this spring thing or clip or whatever it is during assembly. I assume it’s a retainer for the top part that slides over the vertical tubes. Stand appears no less stable than before but I can’t offer an enthusiastic review.

Excellent for my needs
It's awesome sitting in my room, never moving, not sure I would take it on tour and expect it to last.

Good Product at a Great Price
It's a decent rack. My favorite feature is the upright locks into position. My one gripe is the top bar has no holes drilled to make the spring locks on the upright viable beyond the slight pressure exerted against the inner wall of the upright tube. I'm using it to hold cased instruments so no need for separator pins along the upper crossbar. I will be buying a smaller 7 or perhaps 5 slot rack for my uncased instruments.

It holds 2 hard shell guitar cases. Just what I needed!
I was constantly moving these 2 cases around and they were taking up floor space. This rack would hold 3 guitars not in cases , or 2 full-size hard-shell cases. They fit perfectly standing almost upright. It saves floor space and it looks very organized. Happy! dp.

Some mechanical aptitude required to assemble
Well, I read all the reviews and decided to try it anyways. Many said it was flimsy and hard to put together. I will say a little mechanical aptitude is required because some of the holes don't line up right but a little knowledge on how things work makes it a non issue. As far as flimsy?? Mine is definitely not flimsy. I think the flimsy ratings may coincide with the lack of mechanical know how. It is very sturdy and has no trouble getting banged around.

Okay for home.
For what I need it for (storing guitars in gig bags at home), it's just fine. When it comes to assembly, some of the machined holes were not well aligned so 2 of the screws had to go in at an angle. Overall, it appears stable and I'm not worried about using it at home. I would not take it on the road.
