Good idea poorly executed
Well so far they are working! After spending an hour putting two sets together, I put them on the posts on our dock and the gulls have not returned, although they have looked... my 3 star rating is due to what I can already tell is going to be their sturdiness. We have a pretty stiff breeze today and I won’t be surprised to see that we’ve lost a few by tomorrow. The pinwheels sort of collapse in the wind... If pay more for more a more durable product, especially since I see the concept is good!

They are difficult to assemble and need a strong wind to spin.
You have to assemble them yourself. The directions are a cheap black and white photocopy. It is difficult to see what you supposed to do to assemble it. Once assembled they barely spin except if you have a very strong wind.

Not worth the money or the trouble!
What is not clear in the advertisement is that you have to assemble them yourself and the instructions are so carelessly written that you cannot follow them. When you think you understand what the instructions are trying to tell you and you try to put them together it doesn't work. I tried putting 2 of them together and then threw away the rest!

Pinwheel disappointment
Lousy and tricky to assemble with poorly illustrated instruction sheet.

Pigeon Party Pinwheels did Poop!
Not even when the wind was blowing did these have any effect. Pigeons continued to feast on the lawn and grass seed.Tried the Owls, Hawks, prerecorded Falcon cry's, hanging eyes ... all of it useless.
