This product worked fine for a little over a month and then right after the return window closed one of the wheels started to “give out” while riding it. We tried rebooting it and several other things to no avail. My son will be riding it when suddenly one side comes to a sudden stop and launches him off. I can’t find anywhere to contact the seller to see if there is something we can do to fix it. Pretty disappointed.

Bought this for my daughters 8th birthday gift! She loves it! Her birthday was a month ago and she still plays with it daily! Charges great, Bluetooth connects easily and speakers are great. I know she loves it and I would definitely purchase this again.

My daughter bought this for her brother as a gift. He was very happy with it until half the board stopped working--just died and wouldn't move or come online. Couldn't find warranty info; emailed the seller to inquire and they said: "Hello, sorry to inform you that your order is out of return and repair warranty." That's it.

We are having issues getting it to connect via Bluetooth but other than that, my son loves it!

this thing is the most fun I've had for so cheap and I bought it for my daughter lol.

I bought this hoverboard for my nephew birthday. He is having a lot of issues getting it started when he steps on. It beeps incessantly. When he does get it going it shuts off and beeps again. He doesn't like the beeps so he doesn't ride it. Wasted my money.

My son loves it but the battery does die quicker than the other brand that we have.
