Exceptional
Perfect, perfect, perfect! This stepped right up and worked as one of my other receivers went down. I just charged fully, It arrived already set to the right color and just worked. I wasn't even aware Rockville had these, until I found this one.So if you are asking, "is it was compatible with the other brands?" YES! It is.Also if you didn't know already Audio Savings is Rockville's resale store front.I've gotten 3 or 4 "open box" items from this and all have been perfect.

Great product. Need to update support info.
2.4GHZ DMX-WRE - The product works perfectly. Very easy to program and setup. However I did need to help with one of the units and the Rockville light Controller. Their website and manuals all say 24 hour support. I tried calling at around 10:00pm est and after waiting for a but on hold a message comes on stating the hours. So I thought maybe 24 hour chat support. Nope. Couldn't find a chat link. Resolved issue myself and everything is working.

Button design flaw!
There are the EXACT same as the Donner wireless system, except for ONE fatal flaw. . . The button to turn on and off the unit is RAISED above the basic base. Why is this a problem? When you are putting them in your bag to take to an event, the slightest "bump" of the raised button turns the unit on and the battery goes dead before you even notice that it was bumped on! At first, I thought, "WOW! That's a great idea because to turn on my Donners, I need a small screwdriver to reach the inverted button. THEN, once I used the Rockville ones I realized WHY Donner inverts them: to avoid accidental power on!Did they work? Yes! Did the sync up easily? Yes! It was just that one engineering flaw that makes me not able to fully recommend this item!

Amazon will does not really care if we are satisfied any more.
I would only use these if my stage lighting. Not sure when. I do like the fixtures with wireless from the factory. These are not simple or easy to use. Disappointed I have to send them back. More disappointed I have to pay the shipping to return them. Pay attention to return policies. We assume free return from amazon prime. Very dissatisfied. I am rethinking shopping here as my main source any more. Many times I need products in my hands to see if they will work. Until now for the most part amazon will take return no questions asked free of additional charges that's one big reason I shop here. I just spent $900. No more , no more!

Waste of Money
Highly disappointed. I bought as suggested to use with the Rockford lighting board I purchased at the same time. Barely connected when holding receiver and light next to lighting board. 50 ft away is ridiculously close for lighting tech area and receiver. Also when it did work there was a delay in response.
