Won't give light or PH reading. Looks used. Waste of money
The light sensor isn't functional. When the switch is set to read the light, it reads "dark" for all lighting conditions, even outside in bright sun. Also, it looks like this was pre used even though I bought it new. It has scratches on it and one of the tongs is slightly bent. I'm not impressed.Edit. I changed my review from two to one star. The meter reads everything as alkaline. When the switch is set to read PH or light, the meter never moves. Tested on multiple plants in different environments. This is a waste of money. Don't buy.

Made in China and nothing to do with Sweden.
Got it for my lemon tree to check on new soil pH in addition to my moisture meter. Moisture levels are close enough. But pH readings are not consistent in the same spot, tried it in another pot with the same result. Screen is hard to read too. But my biggest complaint is that it has nothing to do with the Sweden as you read in the product description!!!! No name made in China product! Simply fake description! No name on the meter or packaging.

A real plant saver!
Had a plant that despite my best efforts, was dying. Tried everything in moderation and nothing. Put this device in the pot with it and discovered that the soil pH was way too high. Corrected that and saved the plant, a plant which cost far more than the price of this little device. Yay!

good gauge fair price.
The meter is light weight but not flimsy. It is sturdy enough to go into dry soil without problems. The gauges are easy to read and I feel they are accurate. I am pleased with the results.

WORKS!
At least for moisture. I use a different product for ph, but this device seems to be accurate for soil ph as I teat it against the water ph.

Worthless
Thoroughly disappointed. PH shows absolutely zero regardless of any area of my garden including new store bought potted plants.Light meter and moisture work but so does a weather rock.Junk

Useful tool
I like this tool because it helps me know when to water my plants and in a few instances when I overwatered them!

Spring gardening
I purchased this soil test kit last week. It came quickly. I have not used the soil test kit yet, I probably won't use it until spring but now I am ready for planting my garden next year. Thanks
