Can it be used to glue a hook on a tile wall?

No it won’t work. It barely holds a nail onto your finger. It’s not actual super glue.

How do I get the glue to come out easily?

As a fast-bonding liquid adhesive (like a super glue), after one use you may find the glue has plugged the narrow opening of the bottle after drying. In that case, you may need to poke through the bottle hole with a needle to get the glue to come out more easily. A gentle squeezing of the bottle is all you need do.

How long do nails stay on using this glue?

Honestly I only get a couple days max before they fall off.
