The different sizes they offer.
The color was slightly off of the picture. I used this to replace my winter coat zipper. It was a little hard to zip up and down once sewn in. I put soap on the teeth and it helped a lot. They offer odd sizes of zippers which is very helpful!

It came very quick. I am yet to use it. It's looks and feels strong and seems easy to use.

Item's plating was incomplete and arrived in seeming used condition
Arrived looking like it has been used. Some kind of crap on the handle and incomplete plating. Clearly not solid stainless steel. Returning.

Great product - very happy
