Fat Daddio's Natural Aluminum Half Sheet Pan, 2-Pack

I’ve had probably 20 baking sheets and pan sets in my lifetime: some were aluminum but most were “nonstick”. The expensive nonstick ones didn’t last more than a year, and they ended up looking grungy and were hard to clean without scratching off the coating. Then I bought a Fat Daddios baking pan, and it’s the only one I’ve used for over 8 years now. It cleans up clean as a whistle regardless of what I bake or cook in it. So I decided to toss my useless baking sheets and buy 2 Fat Daddios baking sheets. No matter what I bake on them (squash, meatloaf, cookies), it takes very little elbow grease to make them shiny and like brand new, and everything bakes evenly without burning! I will NEVER buy another baking pan or sheet unless it’s Fat Daddios!! They’re higher quality than the “high end” bakeware!! And the price is right!! Buy Fat Daddios: you won’t regret it!!!

As a professional chef, I've been using Fat Daddio products for many years. No one does it better! These bake perfectly. The ONLY downside is that they have to be handwashed. I'm happy to do that because they're so much better than anything you can pop into the dishwasher. The price is fantastic for the quality.

I bought these pans to use at temps higher than 375 degrees F because they are advertised to do so without warping. The are also made with natural aluminum finish which isn’t supposed to transfer metal to foods but I always use parchment paper so I don’t know if that is the case. They are nicely made and are great for baking. I have used at 425 degrees with no warping or popping.
