This book has an introduction that gives us a look at the top facts about all dolphins then goes into six chapters about the six most loved or best dolphins in the world with fun facts about each of them.The first type of dolphin is the The Fun-Loving Atlantic Spotted Dolphin is the most playful dolphin in the world and is quite long at an average of 7.5 feet.The next dolphin revealed in this book is the The Loveable Bottle Nosed Dolphin. This dolphin is the most recognized dolphin in the world as it's used in many dolphin shows and they are well-loved as well as well-known to humans. These are the dolphins that star in movies and television shows.The next dolphin to be seen is the The Acrobatic Dusky Dolphin, these dolphins love to show off their acrobatics and they perform their own tricks such as leaping, flipping, rolling and turning. 101 fun facts and amazing pictures about dolphins is a 19 page long book. It has a hundred and one facts about dolphins and they are laid out in a nice counting format that counts them from 1 all the way to 101. I love the way the book is constructed as it has an introduction and a conclusion at the end of the book. This book includes information that covers what dolphins eat, where they live, their social life, how they sleep, how long they are, how much they weigh, how many species there are, how they breed, how they feed their babies, how they play, how long they can hold their breath, how long they live, how they breathe, how they entertain people, Predators, teeth and so much more. This book covers 6 dolphins, which includes the Atlantic spotted dolphin, the bottlenose dolphin, the Dusky dolphin, the Pacific white-sided dolphin, the Amazon River dolphin and the Risso's dolphin. I think this book is great for children of all ages and adults alike. I have always loved dolphins and even as an adult found plenty of information in this book that I was not aware of. I think this e-book is fit anyone whether there well-informed on dolphins or not, everyone can learn something from this eBook. My two favorites were learning about the Risso's Dolphin and the Amazon River dolphin. I learn that the Amazon River dolphin is endangered and it's one of the most unique-looking dolphins. This is the second book by Janet Evans that I have read and includes 101 facts about an animal. The other book I read was 101 fun facts about penguins and was set up identical to this book. I actually ordered this ebook for my 18 month old daughter who loves seeing pictures and reading about animals. However, the book consisted of too many words and not enough pictures for her to enjoy. That does not mean this is not a very informative and enjoyable book though. The book begins with an introduction to dolphins with 17 general facts. From there, there are 6 different dolphins covered in sections. Each section contains between one and three pictures and 6 to 20 facts per penguin (Six for the Amazon River dolphin and 20 for the Bottlenose). The facts cover various aspects of the dolphins such as size, feeding habits, social habits, coloring, etc. Overall this is a very informative book and anyone interested in dolphins would likely gain some new knowledge. I would recommend this book for older kids or adults.Pros:1) Six different dolphins are covered with numerous interesting facts on each.2) The pictures provided (1 to 3 per dolphin) are nice, color photos of the dolphins.3) The book is relatively short and an easy read. There are 27 pages total.Cons:1) I would have liked to see more pictures as well as larger pictures of the dolphins.I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review.

This is more like a basic colouring book. A few black and white pages of text in list format. The rest of the book is basic pictures of dolphins in line format to colour in.The book is very thin and the design and layout is very basic.You would be better printing out images from the internet on a basic back and white home printer.

A good amount of facts and infomation but no so many actual pictures of dolphins so my daughter was very quickly bored with it. Not bad if you're little one is doing homework about dolphins though.

I am going to return this book even though it is packed full of information. It is not what I expected. The photos are black and white and the text is not attractively laid out for children.
