I was a little skeptical at first, but this item turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. It arrived on time and in good condition. The quality is solid, and it works just as described. I like these skewers quite a bit. They are more than long enough, and sturdy enough to put anything on them. The flat metal makes everything stay in place. Highly recommended.

I have had them for just a little while. They seem to be well made and easy to clean. The one improvement I would make is to not have the gap in the rings at one end. The tend to get caught on each other.

I had aluminum skewers before but they were degrading and difficult to wash. These stainless steel skewers are the best. The longer length means I can leave the handles outside of the bbq when I lay the food on the hot grill. The handles stay cook and I can just use my fingers to rotate them. The flat "blade" means the food items stay in place and don't "twirl" around the skewer when I am trying to rotate them. They come in a nice draw-string bag for easy transport or just storing in the drawer. Each skewer comes with a little plastic tip to protect you from the points. Although I have never had any issue getting the skewers to puncture the food items, I have never punctured my fingers... so I tossed the tips. Easy to clean - just throw them in the dishwasher. If you are opposed to staining on your stainless steel, simply scrub them with a scotch-bright pad and they look as good as new.

I love these. After several years of kabobs and s'mores, they are still clean.They are strong and sharp, and if you use them with with special equipment (or a pair of hacked-up metal risers like I do on my grill) then you can get perfect rotation every time due to the corkscrew profile near the handle. Without supports on each end, though, that corkscrew profile won't help you.I've had other skewers that were coated with something and when that coating comes off... you are eating it. Plus, that coating protects the underlying metal so it rusts. Not these!

Usually I buy these type of things expecting them to be cheap junk and I'm rarely surprised by what I get. But these are an exception. Not flimsy because they're too thin. They even come with a storage bag.
