Not fit for purpose
Cleans vinyl flooring reasonably well but does not get into corners.Tried using it on carpet but it melted holes into the carpet!Would not recommend at all

Works well.
Easy to assemble. Great for tiled floors. Worked on my carpets. Lots of stream. The steam lasted about 15 minutes before I had to top up. Good quality tools.
