Thanks to amazon for quick delivery even in this lockdown. Purchased for my sister as per our doctor recommended. She like the taste very much. It has essential protein and nutrition required for both mom and baby in pregnancy time. Best thing is, It has dry fruits and saffron which make her to feel like a mother's prepared milk.

Has nuts and raisins but tastes terrible!
Nursing mom here - I am not sure how effective thus product is. But what I can comment on is that this product has whole pieces of almonds and raisins (which is great!) but the taste is just awful - it tastes and smells like lab media used to culture microorganisms!
