TERRIBLE PRODUCT and Customer Service!
TERRIBLE PRODUCT! it is cheaply made; as other customers have stated, the toilet bucket does not fit properly, the seat cover doesn’t stay in place, the wheels were very hard to get in place. one popped off when my husband was in the chair, it is not sturdy at all., I would not recommend this chair to anyone. The RETURN PROCESS is absurd, they want customer to pay for return shipping and it was $475, same cost as chair, so I am now stuck with a chair that is unsafe to put my 199 lb bedridden husband in. I trusted Amazon’s return policy which has been great over the years until now with this product.

Multifunctional chair
I am very pleased with this chair. I did have a problem when it first arrived the head rest was broken, I feel it is very easy to break not made well. Otherwise I've been using it for years for my sons toileting. He has muscular dystrophy and 60+ % spinal curvage. He likes the chair a lot it has proven it's worth.

Not practicable for transfer and immobile.
Very difficult to maneuver. Too narrow in front and seat opening. Foot pads do not swing away. Interfere with transfer. Rear part has a protruding brace that is intrusive also. Arms have screw that is rusting and arms loosen easily.

Too many missed opportunities.
Pretty good product all things considered. The recline function is nice. BUT!! It’s very hard to sling my wife into and get her into position because the steps only fold up, these don’t swing out and take too long to unscrew and remove. What a pain. Also the commode bucket won’t stay in place if you tilt the chair back and sometimes falls out in its own. Other times it gets stuck and is very difficult to remove. It’s a very poor design, like an afterthought. It’s like the designers were so involved with the recline function that they ignored other details and made the overall experience a challenge.I’m disappointed.

Unacceptable Quality
Toilet Pail holding bracket very badly designed...pail easily gets stuck and sometimes impossible to remove without removing the entire bracket which holds the Pail . . . all especially inconvenient when the Pail has been recently used. Cannot recommend this product.

Amazing piece of equipment!
My wife is paralyzed on her left side, with little trunk control. She needed a chair that had a higher backrest and would tikt. So we got this one. We were blessed to have a local church come and remodel our bathroom with a curbless shower. Afer a year of sponge baths in the bed I am now able to make her wish come true, to be able to take a shower. I use a Hoyer lift and sling to lower her in the chair. It rolls easily, and with all four of the wheels able to swivel, it is easy to maneuver it into the shower area. We have a handicap Kohler toilet with a traditional tank in the back. For this to roll over the higher toilet I raised the four wheels a few inches and adjusted the leg rests for her height. I bought a $20 removable toilet seat that detaches in a few seconds, allowing the chair to roll back all the way to the tank. Perfect!

Dangerous product, false description. Not padded and has sharp pipes near leg area causing injury.
Dangerous sharp pipes that protrude where a patient's legs go when trying to transfer. This product is not padded whatsoever and sitting on a hard rock would be more comfortable. Nothing is padded--not the seat, not the back, or the arms as described. I injured my legs when transferring on and off. This is unacceptable when this is a product for a disabled person.

short footrest and headrest failed
The angles of foot rest were not the same, one was 90 angle the other was probably 80 and not adjustable; also leg length to foot rest was too short and not adjustable. Used this shower chair for 3 months and the bolt that holds the head rest stripped so head rest could not be used. We have soft water so it wasn't a mineral buildup. Bolt just started stripping. Also, no splash guard when used for over the toilet.
