Caterpillar Men's Hauler 8" Comp Toe Work Boot

I was a little disappointed when I put these boots on as they turned out to be bigger and wider than expected. However it actually allowed me to insert a really good insole from Dr. Scholls in them and now they are a perfect fit. So far the ruggedness of the boot has held up to my work. The loops at the top of the boot are tight to get the shoe lace in them but you get used to them. The boot is heavier then my other composite toe boots but I think that's due to the materials used. I highly recommend this boot for construction workers.

Best work boots yet! Have been really happy with previous CAT work boots but these are best yet. Spend all day working in them, the traction sole is very good and looks like will be good (soft enough to have traction) in shoulder winter temperatures as well. The tongue is fully sealed as to prevent water and grime entering the boot which is an improvement over past cat boots. Ankle support is perfect and weight of boot is low given composite toe. All around really impressed, great value for the money! Only down side is the soft insole which could provide more support however, is good given boot price-a superfeet type insole upgrade is always a common theme with most boots today.

The first eye hook are loose mounted and the others are different for any boot I have had in the thirty years of boots for work the sole is nice and meaty should last a good amount of time. My only other concerns is that the lower lace are not eyelets like a normal but I think it will last just as long.

Honestly disappointed with cat on these boots. My husband is a farmer so he is I. His work boots a good 14 hours a day. These boots started to leak water right away. He was very disappointed with how they held up. He will be switching back to his other brand shoes. Maybe they need to be waterproofed before their first use?

The only issue I have with these boots is the new quick lace eyelets at the top. Their design makes it difficult to lace up without having to force the laces into them and losing tightness while lacing. Otherwise, these are firm, sure, comfortable boots for riding my motorcycle in.

Nice, heavy boot for tough job sites. A bit large,. I wear a 12w and the 11.5 is a bit large,. Need extra heavy socks underneath! Been using 4 months doing cement, pavement, roofing, tile, pressure washing etc. and they are still perfect! I clean mine daily to prolong life!(cement and caustic stuff spilled on anything will eat through eventually) slip resistant soles are wearing well. Solid toe has saved my foot more than once! Great value as I paid around $70 on sale at Amazon...

I've had my boots for about a year now and they feel good every time i put them on, Mainly use for quarry and logging work..use a medium thickness soft sock and they should feel good.....

These are awesome boots. I wear boots at least 14 hours a day and these boots were comfortable out of the box and still to today. I work construction outside in all types of elements the toe covering is great . Has not worn at all and that was a main reason I purchased them. Very happy but very hard to lace up . I'm still trying to get use to lacing them hard for my hands to do it.
