Temps Not as COOL
Purchased this thermal paste in hopes of achieving better temps on a Corsair H150i Pro AIO/RAD.Took off the pre-applied paste that came with the RAD, and originally put some ARCTIC Mx-4 paste. My temps were a little on the high side when using CPU extensive applications. (i9 9900k) all cores running @ 4.7ghz.Read reviews about this paste, and decided to make the purchase. However, my temps ended up being about 4-6 degrees Celsius higher. I thought I may have not put enough, so I wiped it off, and reapplied - still no luck.Put the MX-4 paste back on, and temps went back down.Kind of disappointed, as I read good reviews on this thing, and hoped for the best.

One of the best thermal pastes i've ever used
The temps on my i7 8750H in my Asus ROG Strix Scar edition laptop with the stock thermal paste started hitting core temps in the mid 90deg Celsius after only a few months after I purchased it. So first I contacted the manufacturer and they didnt seem to want to help so I decided to replace the stock thermal paste with reportedly the best non-conductive thermal paste on the market and I was very surprised at the results! My temps dropped 20deg C on the hottest core! Now this could have been a possible mounting issue with the cooler from the factory but given the temps gradually rose over a few short months Im pretty sure it was the junk stock thermal paste! Since I swapped it out temps have been great! A++

It's never let me down when I needed it most!
I've used this on both CPUs and GPUs replacing the old/stock thermal paste, it works great. Especially useful if you buy old systems and refurbish them.If you are a first time builder or if this is a "one and done" deal where you wont be building again, you wont need this much paste, get the small tube. Many coolers come with thermal paste included, some of which may even be preapplied, which is perfectly sufficient to handle whatever the manufacturer has rated it to handle, but not all coolers have included thermal paste. Check first with your cooler just in case. That said this stuff isnt that expensive compared to the other components, and will be a better quality than the "free stuff" included with a lot of coolers.

Great Paste, highly effective
Recently I purchased a new laptop that had some significant problems with thermal throttling. After doing some research, wide consensus pointed to Kryonaut being the absolute best non-liquid metal thermal paste available. Compared to two other brands, this paste did perform slightly better. Overall, I was able to get the 9750H stable clocked at 3.6ghz under load, with the temps never going above 90C. Highly recommended.A nice feature of this package is that it comes with latex gloves for 2 fingers. This helped me keep my fingers covered and off the motherboard. Definitely thoughtful and helpful.

The More Things Change The More They Remain the Same
Replaced stock OEM paste job on new laptop. Was surprised to see that temps remained the same or are perhaps a degree or two higher with Grizzly Kryo.Maybe this product shines when the system is under load, but had expected idle-to-moderate load temps to go down a few degrees with this paste -- not the case.

Hype is Real!!!
Amazing paste. The video reviews on YouTube are accurate. I saw massive temp drops even just idling thanks to this paste. This is great if you don't trust yourself with liquid metal or in my case, you have a laptop that you'll be carrying around everywhere and don't want seeping into your CPU/GPU. Super easy to install and with the spreader, the paste is applied in minutes of careful spreading.

took my idle temps from 50c to 30c
im not going to pretend that this is normal. but the stock thermal paste in hp laptops is AWFUL! my laptop used to typically idle at 50c, sometimes even close to 55c. but now my idle temps are in between 30 and 35. its no excuse for a bad thermal design (cough cough hp cough) but i did go from thermal throttling hard where my processor would clock down to under 1ghz to actually boosting above 3ghz. so im impressed.

Slight temp decrease. Remember to reapply annually!
Did what is advertised by lowering operating temp of my GPU, but only by 1-2 degrees C under load. Vega 64 went from 85* to 83* under hour gaming load. Not a world-changer, but most of us are looking for any/all methods to lower Temps. I'll be using this again whenever I need paste.

Ok but not the best
I thought I'd seen what all the hype is about. Been using noctua nh-t1 for many years. Bought this and a cheap Chinese eBay twin tower cooler to run some tests. So started with a ryzen 5 2400g and nt-h1 and fitted the eBay cooler, let it idle for 30mins temperature was 3° delta then ran prime 95 blended test for 30mins temperature 34° delta. After getting my baseline it stripped, cleaned then applied kyonaut and retested. Well I was shocked to find the load delta was now 36.4°. So although this is better than stock paste I think the noctua paste gives better temperature!!

Does the job.
Pretty sure it did the job. PC works smoother I'm sure and they give you the equipment to remove the old paste and applying the new one. Though they did give you ways of applying it to the chip, however I wouldn't recommend their methods, as I've seen people on YouTube display different techniques which apply to the whole chip and their instructions weren't a way I'd recommend.Overall good quality item, good packaging and good overall. They even give you a piece of paper to confirm the item you've received is a legit item, which I get why.. but why? I personally thought I was getting a code for a game but regardless, still good.

Better or as good as artic silver 5
Temps on 8600k below 30c when watching videos and nearer 20c when idle on both h60i aio and on some random air cooler from years ago. Seems to do the trick! I don't do the spreading technique, I just put a small pea size in the middle and seems to spread fine.Comes packaged well and delivered in time. Plenty enough to do several cpus at least 5 applications.I don't game but should imagine this will be fine under load too, seems as good if not better than artic silver 5 which I used for years and tried this out after reading some reviews.

Kryonaut thermal paste, Not worth the money, get something else.
Personaly I thought this paste was garbage, Tiny tube with the plunger already half way down, so it wasnt even a full length amount. The paste was too thick and difficult to spread and i think if i was pasting an AMD chip there would not have been enough. My temps are up 4/5 degrees on idle from where they were, not checked under load. I have another build comming up in the next week and under no circumstances will I be using this paste again and i would not recommend it for the money.

Dried out, difficult to spread and simply not enough to adequately coat a Xeon Processor
I spent nearly two hours dissembling my Apple Mac Pro 2013 to upgrade the Xeon 4 core to a Xeon 12 core (fairly complex disassembly and re-assembly, everything went fine until I cracked open this thermal paste, the consistency was too dry making it impossible to spread evenly without it bobbling on the surface of the processor, there was also simply not enough paste to adequately coat the single processor chip. Really frustrating and disappointing. Be aware this is a tiny amount (1 Gram) and confusingly other reviews mention 10 Gram.
