I bought this so my kids and I could charge tablets and phones simultaneously, but it has been a huge disappointment. The charger is very finicky, requiring you to get it in the outlet just right in order for it to have power. My house is old, so I initially attributed this to old outlet receptacles, as this has happened with other electronics--sometimes they would fall out. However, even after changing the outlet, it still doesn't want to connect when plugged in. I have to push in very hard to get it to work, and of course as soon as I let go, it loses its charge. It's almost like the base is too big for the plug. Look elsewhere.

For 21/2” weeks this was great till the fast charger port stopped working then a week later 2 /3 stopped working. Now it’s not working at all. For $12.00 for a plug to last 2-3 weeks- this is ridiculous!

I hoped this would be good. However only one of the 3 ports work. I bought 2 of these and the same thing for both.

I purchased this charger in July and bottom port is the only one that works. The previous charger I had lastest for 5 years before it went kaput .

The quick charge input works but the other 2 don't. I don't know why they don't work but haven't since day 1.

I've had the item for about a year and 2 of the 3 USB slots dont work anymore. I expected to get more use out this item. Now I have 3 plug box but only 1 slot works.

This plug is a POS!!! Do not buy.
